This is my first shopping experience on FragranceBuy. When I got the box it surprise me. The fragrances in the box are safe. The box provides protection and security. I would like to have more consumption on FragranceBuy in the future.
Exceptionally fast delivery and very transparent with high quality products. Will be using their service again even though they are sold out often on fragrances, I can always wait.

I had few issues in the past, but they always took care of it...with a full refund or overnight delivery of my fragrance.

My PDM Layton was damaged upon receiving. It appears to have come from the factory with a broken sprayer. The perfume leaked from the bottle and the bottle was nearly empty. I hope there is no difficulty getting a replacement..

Got 2 Guerlain perfumes which arrived in pristine condition thanks to the wonderful packaging, they are well protected. They were gifts and the receivers absolutely loved them.

I enjoy buying from Fragbuy as their prices are the best online but the shipping time is way too slow. I stopped doing business with Fragrance.net because of how slow their shipping time was. I'm hoping Fragbuy can at least ship the orders faster in the future. I believe it took mine a week after I purchased it before it even left the warehouse.
