With only one or two exceptions, the shipping has always been fast, and I've received my orders in a timely manner. This is really important to me. When it takes too long to receive my orders, I begin to regret my purchases and I usually won't order again. If anyone has doubts, don't. This is a solid company, and everything I've ordered has always been as advertised. Prices are very competitive.
I will definitely buy from Fragrance Buy again. Receive my product as advertised, expertly packaged. If I have anything to nitpick about, it would the delay in shipping, but hey! Great value, so you can't expect the world.

Ordering colognes (once in stock) is quick and easy, I've never had an hiccup. If there will be a delay in the delivery date, Fragrance buy, generally sends an email regarding this delay. This is generally around any holiday, depending on when you place an order. I would recommend anyone to purchase from FB, you save a lot.

I've bought perfume from this company in the past and things went well but my last purchase was a different story. I Purchased two bottles last month and one of my perfumes was stolen. I filed a claim through Fragrancebuy and I've yet to hear anything about my claim. It's been almost two weeks. Would be nice if the customer service would tell the customer what's going on during the investigation. I won't be buying perfume from this company again because I fear if one of my perfumes gets stolen again, nothing will get done. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.l

Fragrance buy canada has more fragrances in stock and at cheaper prices than the other fragrance stores.
I think this is the best place to buy the colognes you love and those you want to try! Their prices are hands down the best across the whole spectrum of discounters and I have recommended them to so many people.
