I know you guyz showed the delivery date as November 20 but it's almost December 1 and no vote of my order. I tried contacting UPS and they said I have to 10 more business days just to get an update. I request you either u give me coupon for my perfumes or figure out the compensation because I ordered them for family functions and the event is approaching. I will wait for your response. I want my refund for the order.

Worst business ive ever bought from by far, i purchased two Xerjoff and insurance totaling 270 USD. Upon recieving my package the bottom was soaked and reaked of cologne, i opened it up and behold the colognes had busted and broken all over the place. I took what pictures I could and contacted support. 2 days later they replied and by then I had tossed the box away and the trash had run. They would not refund me due to not having enough pictures calling me a liar. Horrible customer support i am extremely unhappy and was robbed of 270 USD. Had their customer support gotten back to me promptly or if they had an active number to call I could have easily provided proof. Why would I keep broken colognes anywhere but the trash?

You have it, I grab it...you ship it, I sniff it...repeated process.
Had an issue with my most recent order whereby FedEx delivered to the wrong address. The delivery image was clearly not my house and was missing the address where it was delivered to.
I filed a complaint with FedEx and gave Fragrance Buy a heads-up. FedEx did an investigation and confirmed the incorrect delivery. They said they will try to correct it in the next few days.
Fragrance Buy showed a lot of empathy to my misfortune and they were ready to move forward with next steps pending FedEx's findings.
Luckily FedEx were able to locate the package and properly deliver after two more days.
