** Update** Fragrancebuy sent me prepaid return label and refunded me for cologne I didn't want. Great to know they are trying to make things right - still wish would have been contacted earlier but said there was mixup in receiving my email so I will give benefit of doubt. Always been good to purchase from and fragrances always arrive impressively well packaged. Will buy from them again for sure. Been good experience shopping with fragrance buy for most part - prices are great and shipping is acceptable even from Canada. However - customer service needs help. I accidentally bought the same fragrance twice and there is no way to cancel the order or get help with it. I emailed customer service and never heard back (already received fragrances) and when tried to call could never get anyone on the phone. I understand there are some things you forgo to get better pricing and like what this company does but there has to be a way to get help with order issues and basic needs. Would have been 4-5 stars and has been in the past but gotta be honest with overall experience in this case.
