I've been hesitant buying niche fragrances at first, worrying about originality. But after my first purchase I never looked back. Perfumes are original. The shipping is fast. So far, I'm very satisfied with my experience.
Was promised a freebie and a sample, got a freebie but not even for my package, this order number was my sisters package I had ordered on the same day maybe an hour earlier for the Canada Day sale, our packages got grouped in one package together to save shipping costs I assume, promised a freebie for the first 700 orders, I was hoping to get my own and for my sister to get her own, didn't work like that.
There's no way to go wrong with Fragrancebuy. The only time I buy retail is if I have points to use at a store that brings the price in line. I see the occasional person complaining but then see the response by Fragrancebuy to make it right. What more can you ask for. The points system makes for an even cheaper experience when you want to load up. Nothing I can say negatively.
Through numerous purchases in the past year I have never had any issue. All of the fragrances arrived on time, properly packaged with no damage. I've had to reach out recently to ask a question and follow up question and found their response was in a reasonable time frame and accurately answered. I will continue to use fragrancebuy regularly.
Bought a number of fragrances recently and the experience has been nothing but amazing… From picking and choosing online until delivery it was smooth. Most of the fragrances were gifts to friends and family and all of them were very appreciated…. There are some good noses there who would have picked anything that is not legit or strayed from the originals…

I recently purchased seven fragrances from fragrance buy For the great prices, but also for the free giveaways. What I received was a very small decamp of a women's fragrance I am a man I didn't expect to get any of the big giveaways, but I at least expected some nice samples

I was concerned that this product was coming overseas, but communication was great and delivery was swift. The product smells amazing! I will be ordering another for my daughter.
I ordered Parfumes De Marley Greenly and Percival through FragranaceBuy because I get the best prices above all on this site and I'd other wise probably not buy or own so many high end niche fragrances. Fragrance buy makes it easy to order what you need always has a good selection of rare and niche products and I like that they have a point system that gives you even more discounts on top of those.
I can't be happier with my purchases if it weren't for Fragrance Buy I wouldn't be able to try so many amazing high end and hard to find fragrances. I appreciate the deals they provide and how well their packaging is handled. Highly recommend buying from this company for all your future fragrance needs. The shipping had almost no delay. I am surprised every time the packages come this quick. Furthermore, the fragrance always comes intact. It seems like they are in perfect conditions when shipped.
Never disappointed. Excellent pricing. Excellent product. Very quick to ship. Only wish the free standard shipping was based on $ value of the order as opposed to number of products purchased. Always have to factory that shipping charge if only requiring one or two items. Either that or more free shipping promo's might produce more orders, never know :)

First of all, I'm the one at fault. I placed a sizable (at least for me) order a day before the "Canada Sale" began. I didn't realize it was abt to happen but once I saw it and the discount they were offering and the free extras (candle, samples) I thought, well as many purchases I've made with them plus the amount of this order, surely they'll throw in a sample or two. Sadly I got nothing but what I ordered. Wishful thinking.

The items came as described. The packaging was very nice to insure safe arrival. My only complaint is the shipping times. You'll be looking at about a week from the time you order for its arrival. But that's just first world impatience.
