I am very satisfied with my delivery, however I believe you should have a better shipping company to deliver the product within 2-3 days
It's been easy to shop of variety of fragrances. All other one roof😉 great quality and fast shipping. The experience was that great and convenient, I have shop 3 times in less than 10 days.
Everything is perfect and quick delivery I just wish prices were slightly lower because other discounters are either beating you in price or even in price.
Ordering and fulfillment were smooth, however after ordering USD 1000 worth of fragrances, got only 1 free sample vial of PDM, 1 for Armaf, and 2 tiny ones for Carolina Herrera (same fragrance twice). This was a huge letdown and social media influencers hyped up the freebies one can get if we are the first few to order. I don't think I will order again from this store.

I have an issue with UPS where the package was being sent back and forth between 2 places. UPS said to contact the seller which I did and I am yet to receive a response.
I have contacted them before regarding a different concern about 6 weeks ago and have not received a response then either. Does not look paying the extra for insurance made a difference.
If you purchase from FragBuy, be aware that if you have an issue with your package you are SOL. I would rather pay extra and have peace of mind shopping elsewhere with better customer service.

Fragrance Buy is hands down my favorite place to buy fragrances. They have some of the best pricing anywhere, and their rewards program is fantastic.
It took me 3 or 4 orders to understand how to get my shipment faster. I am located in the east coast of USA. Best advise, order by Thursday of the week and you will receive it by Wednesday of the following week. My satisfaction regarding the products is at 100%.
