My fur baby passed away very unexpectedly, so to say that I was devastated was an understatement. About a week later I came home to find this waiting for me that his two doctors had sent me in his memory. Words could not even accurately describe how beautiful it was! I have since purchased a few gifts for others fur parents who were just as excited as me

In my opinion, This company DOES NOT have a contact phone number, only text or email. Had to replace one set of picture's, The company cropped it way more than the order I sent in originally, Also the item received, part of the paper on the side was torn off, very bad presentation upfront when I opened it. So they sent out the second order to two different locations due to the fact that it was a gift and we live in different places, this was nice of them to do this, but when it arrived, NO STAND, I did pay for the stands, after I contacted them over chat, they told me I should have kept the old stands, I told them I trashed the first order in chat the last time, they never told me they would not send a complete order, "How would the other person get the stand in the first place different locations, they are in a different state. It's very hard to convey things over a chat. They said they would send out a stand, Not the point, it should have been done to start with. I was never offered any discount, never offered here is 10% of next order, The Company just wanted to replace the item over and over, I was not looking for one, but the offer would have been a nice gesture. I am not very happy with this company. I will not be making any orders in the future. I will share my experience as much as I can on the WWW

I ordered a gift for my son, Fed-ex delayed delivery and when I let Fracture customer service know they refunded the delivery charge immediately. My son can be difficult to buy gifts for but this was a "TOUCHDOWN" he absolutely loved the FRACTURE PHOTOS! Not only is the product great but the customer service is equally great!
We were very nervous ordering pictures for the first time through Fracture but we were so pleased when our order arrived. We ordered 3 pictures in total and each one looks great. While I chose not to get the matted finish I would recommend if you will be hanging on a wall that is across from a window.

I ordered a photo for my sister and somehow it was lost in the shipping. I emailed Adam at Fracture and he was AMAZING. Super helpful, friendly-- he redid my order and shipped it out in 24 hours! He emailed me continuously throughout to let me know every step that was being taken and let me know when it was shipped-- -then he asked to make sure it had arrived safely--- which it had. I just received my fracture photo and it is such an improvement over a paper photo. The service was great. The first one ordered never arrived because the post office sent it back damaged. Fracture immediately made another one when they were notified, and I received it in short time. It is beautiful. I would definately order again.

We tried this for the first time last week with some older wedding pictures. They came out so beautiful! The shipping was super fast. Ordered on Saturday afternoon and received Wednesday. They came packaged perfectly and with great care to not be damaged. Also reached out to customer service via email and they responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I had ordered a picture of my late sister in law and it was not quite to my liking. FractureMe immediately resolved the problem. Unfortunately. FedEx was not too careful with the package and I received a very damaged box containing a bottle of lotion but no FractureMe picture. Once again FractureMe stepped up and took care of the problem. Very highest of recommendation for this company.
Prints are truly amazing and far better than expected. I've flush mounted my large prints, without a frame and the completely transform a wall space to something of beauty.
