My beautiful little doggy Roxy died and I wanted a picture of her. Went to fracture pictures and ordered a picture of her. I bought the larger picture which in turn cost me nearly $100. They blew the picture up so much that it made her come out blurry. It is definitely not worth the money. I will live with it as a mistake, but I want to warn other people. Do not pay these high prices and get blurry pictures. If they would have looked at it they would have seen that they blew it up too far and it was blurry. I'm very dissatisfied with it. I will never be ordering another picture from them again.
I LOVED the pictures! Everything that was promised was delivered. The turn around time, the quality, and the service was outstanding. The engineering on the shipping package was stellar and arrived with no damage. I have recommended to all who have seen my pictures to use this company and service since they thought it was as cool as I do. I will be using your service again. One issue came up, on the smaller pictures you do not use a metal clip for hanging them. I tore the foam and had to repair it before I could hang up the photos.I would recommend you put those metal clips on all your photos to avoid this problem. All in all a superior product and performance, 5 stars on all accounts.

I loved it until this Christmas. I wrapped it in soft cloth to put it away while I had all my Christmas decorations out. When I got it back out to put it on the shelf, the picture had chipped away in the back. The glass was fine but the picture was chipping and peeling off. Not sure why it happened. I kept it in a cool, dry place and kept it protected.

Just got back from hiking the 14.7 mile trek to 'The Wave' in Utah… the Holy Grail of hiking! In a worldwide lottery, only 20-permits per day are issued, it took 6-years to be selected - my day was Thursday 1/5 and as a 45-year Professional Engineer and Geologist, I know winter weather in the high desert of Arizona/Utah is always a dice roll. I needed this shot done right the first time… and was familiar with seeing ads for 'Fracture' on television and the Internet for years. Tyler in customer service and the entire Fracture team gets an A+ for communication, attention to detail and a uniquely interesting, state-of-the-art process and product. Shipping alone was an art as all glass pieces were in a 'floating' damage-averting carton of which I expected nothing less, given the extraordinary look of the finished item. I'm already a repeat customer for some of my irreplaceable location photography I'm thrilled to display in Fracture glass. 5-star!

I had an issue that I caused with delivery so I contacted customer service. Adam was able to resolve the issue and provide a solution that saved the day. Promt and friction free customer service!
I ordered from Fracture for the first time to provide a unique gift for Christmas. I paid a very large amount for a somewhat small sized product. When it was delivered, I was excited to see how it turned out. I opened the box and the picture was cracked and the top had an entire section chipped off. There was no packing material inside the box whatsoever. Who ships a fragile glass item with no packing material to add protection? What company thinks that this is okay? There is no phone number and apparently they don't work weekends. I sent photos of my damaged product per their instructions to report damage, but I didn't even receive an acknowledgment that they have received the email. Christmas is 2 weeks away, I'm out a large sum of money, and no gift for a hard to buy for person. I blame the company for their poor packaging of the product for shipment and I highly recommend people to NOT purchase this expensive item due to the lack of care and obvious lack of common sense in their shipping practice. Blame UPS? Sure - but we all know shipping companies aren't the most careful, which is why the company should take extra measures to protect their fragile products. I've given them 48 hours to make this right, but feel that a phone number should be available, not just email. I will never recommend Fracture to anyone. Save money and your time and find another gift.

Fracture glass photos are unique and not priced exotically. They are sharp and affordable. They are an interesting medium where there is no loss of brilliance and pop from a good original. I made a family collage and it saves time and money overall compared to most conventional framing.
I wanted to honor a friend's father who had past away. I uploaded a copy of the obituary and it came out flawless. Fracture prints make wonderful gifts and everyone I've sent to have been truly impressed.
I was really excited to get my print but bummed out when it arrived. Everywhere on your site says it's GLASS. There is no way this is actually glass. I found on your ABOUT page that it is soda-lime glass. And after googling that I was satisfied it wouldn't be acrylic or plexiglass. I ordered the extra large and upon delivery I knew immediately something was off when the package was so light. This is definitely plexiglass or something close to it. It is weird that no other review I can find mentioned this. Did I just get screwed or is everyone else just satisfied with the fact it's not really glass?
Hey Johnson, believe it or not, all our prints are on 100% real glass, no plastic or acrylic whatsoever (and will break if mishandled!).

I have 10 of these. They are all beautiful! 2 are almost 100 years old! Beautiful and more defined than the originals.
I had ordered a few pictures from them previously that turned out great so I decided to order a larger picture of lightning I took at night. When the print arrived, I was a little disappointed since it looked lighter than the original picture and took away some of the effect. I emailed their customer service department to see if anything could be done. I heard back the next day and they explained they typically try to make pictures pop by lightening them up but would be happy to send me another print for free to closer match the original picture or I could submit another picture that they would print free of charge. I work in sales and understand how important customer service is. They instantly won me over as a lifelong customer and have already referred friends and family to them as well! Amazing company with unbeatable customer service!

I had initially posted a review that I was a little disappointed in what I received. I knew the picture that I selected probably wasn't ideal, but I felt like for what I thought was a slightly premium price point that the photo could have been enhanced a bit. - Tyler, from the Fracture team, immediately reached out and let me know that he wanted to make it right. He explained that they don't edit the photos, but they did have the capabilities to, and with my permission he was going to edit it and send me out a replacement free of charge. - Which he did. I just received it, and it looks great. More than anything though, I really appreciate their sincere commitment to customer satisfaction.
I ordered 2 pictures recently and paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time. UPS delivered and empty box that they placed in a bag on the other side of my gate and than noted their system that they delivered my package to my front door. I emailed fracture the next day and they immediately placed another order for me. They also reimbursed me my shipping. I didn't get my pics by the time I wanted them but they were beautiful and it means a lot that they didn't put me through the ringer to get them resent. THANK YOU FRACTURE.
I was going to buy this for myself but since my daughter's birthday was coming up I decided to give it to her :) I am so glad I did! She absolutely loves it :D I was a little upset when one picture arrived broken but after I contacted them they replaced it right away free of charge! By far this has been one of the best gifts I have given! I will let everyone know about Fracture

I love my fracture glass print! Initially the first order I received was slightly off as the image I had was important for all edges to be seen. They promptly asked for photos of the edges and re-printed it and it's now perfect and amazing! If you have a print that you need every pixel to be displayed be sure to reach out to them first before ordering so they can help. Or add a pixel buffer on all edges. The quality of the print is just simply amazing. Thanks!
I bought one as a wedding gift. It was as expected and they were thrilled. But where Fracture shines is customer service. I contacted chat who quickly fixed the wrong address (I provided). When ups sent it to the old bad address I contacted customer service. They followed up and quickly sent a replacement. Their response was "let's get your photo in the right hands asap and we'll figure out what happened with UPS later." How can you beat that?!
I had originally ordered a glass photo 2 years ago for a picture taken of me, my wife, and my 3 children to hang as a keepsake of our family.
This past weekend our youngest daughter gave birth to a beautiful little girl. She is also our first grandchild. Several pictures were taken of my daughter and son-in-law holding their daughter that night and two just spoke out to me. They were beautiful pictures.
The first thing that came to mind was they needed to be displayed and the first place I thought of was Fractureme. I placed the order the next morning and within 3 days they are delivered.
I needed to contact customer service to alter the order and they responded immediately and took care of my needs.
These two glass photos will be in the family for years and as pur granddaughter matures, we'll be able to tell her the picture is of her the night she was born.
