I was told I was fully insured when the trailer was in transit. When it arrived, it had the fender well ripped off from a tire blowing out, and then they said that was not part of the fully insured. I guess my interpretation of fully insured is different.

Initial contact was good and a service was suggested. Transaction soon became a debate and the agent, Michael Altman became arrogant and condescending. Likely will not use this service in the future.
