I want only sharing my small experience of getting slim again. You see, we all hate getting fat ourselves, but after getting fat, it is hard to burn away the fat, especially stubborn body fat- hips, thighs and buttocks My target was my belly. I have tried to get rid of my own fat. I did more hard exercises... but no result.
But after reading this book, I recognized what is the truth about how we get fat, and the way how we lose weight again. If we want to get slim again, we must to follow the scientific way that has proven on the basis of science and we ourselves should know how to work our digestion system and interaction of food we eat and so on. Human being is conscious so willingness is important and understanding is precedence.
