This book absolutely changed my life! It advertises that youll lose 20+ pounds and it delivers! It starts off by explaining how people become overweight then it details how to reverse the process. I was blown away by how in-depth and scientific all the information was. The book teaches you all about different foods that you should eat and how you should exercise to drop weight. I would totally recommend this to anyone who needs to drop a few sizes in a short amount of time! I did this diet right before my sisters wedding and received a bunch of compliments on how good I looked in my dress!

I have read enough reviews to feel skeptical about diets but the 4 Week Diet was something else entirely for me. I felt comfortable on this diet in a way that I do not feel with other diets. The goal behind sticking to a diet is that you feel as though it is something that you can stick to with this diet I felt as though I could manage the entire process rather handily. If you want to get ready for summer (or just want to transition to a healthier lifestyle as I did) you really owe it to yourself to try the 4 Week Diet to see why it is so different from other diets.

An Amazing Book

The 4 Week Diet is a book that is written in a really nice way. You can learn a lot of things about weight loss reading this book. A nice diet plan is included as well. Basically, this is a great book from which you can learn a lot of things when it comes to losing weight. You should read it.

I was made to believe that losing chunk of weight over a short period of time is very dangerous, but thanks to 4 weeks diet plan that I came to knew more dangerous is the body fat that I am carrying around in my belly.
I was following the pattern where I lose 1-2 kg in a period of month or so but it wasnt enough. Now in my view if a diet is showing result within a limited time than its for me else I have to look for something else.
Amazing Book, a must read for people who are interested in losing weight.
