I have been very happy with this service. My packages have been shipped out within hours, and the customer service is great.
Easy experience. Got the package very fast (as expected with express). Wish there was an economy option as the package wasn't that big but it was even bigger I would have to pay through the nose to get it redirected express. Please add economy redirecting options!

I unknowingly ordered an item from the UK during a tumultuous time. Royal Mail employees were striking, and Royal Mail had a cyber attack. Sadly, this was the option I picked for shipping to my destination country. I took a month and a half for my parcel to move to a distribution center and a further month for the parcel to arrive in my country.
During my frustration throughout this process. The customer services representative I was in communication with (Nica) was more than understanding and patient with me. Supplying me with updates and information. Nica is certainly an asset to Forword2me. A pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns.

My package was received, processed, and reshipped in record time. As always, good and frequent communication let me know where my items were at at all times.
The site is raw. No special requests buttons here: no photos, one-click returns to sender etc. Everything is through communication with support via email. Just like 10 years ago... It's not convenient at all.
With a large number of parcels, you will get tired of writing in support of a request to receive photos. In addition, they promised me that photos would appear on the site, but the special button for viewing related files did not work. As a result, the photos were sent to me via email eventually - after my next numerous request via email, of course. Support promised that subsequent photos will be taken for each of my parcels, that they wrote down a note for this in my account. But that did not happen.
It's TOOOOOO expensive. More than $300 for delivery of 4.2 kilograms from Japan to USA (Delaware). The invoice says: Total Chargeable Weight is 10.00 kg. It was the cheapest option available. It would be a joke if it weren't true.
My advice: if you are looking for a shipper with a warehouse in Japan, just keep looking. Find another mail forwarder in Japan. Use this service only as a fallback for the very very very last resort. But if you use it, prepare your wallet and time for email correspondence.

Understand the needs of their customers. Response is reasonably fast.
Swiftly forwarded shipment, user-friendly interface, acceptable pricing.
When the package arrived in my Inbox there was a statement suggesting it is repackaged for shipping. No reason given (which would help). Shipping queue for repackaging was 641 items which support told me would take 2-3 days, notwithstanding a public holiday inbetween. This would mean my package would sit for another week before it was shipped out which is way too slow. I requested immediate shipping with no repackaging and once the shipment eventually left it got to me super quick by DHL

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking.
If a package is labeled as "Repack Recommended," you have the option to proceed with shipping and override the repack services, customers dont need to wait on the que.

Due to recent severe service disruptions within Royal Mail, we were required to switch off the Forward2me Lite services from our website on Thursday 12th January 2023. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused our customers.
FedEx Connect Plus was switched on as an alternative low cost economy service and combine and repack can be selected for this carrier option.

The objective of the budget Lite and Lite X services is to ensure we can offer more reliable low budget shipping options (tracked and untracked) to every country in the world for single packages at low weight but only for packages that we can receive and that can be immediately shipped back out singularly without the need for a consolidation service. However, please be aware there is still a possibility of processing and transit delays for both tracked and untracked Lite services due to the recent service disruptions.
