I have been refunded and I quickly received help in sorting out my shipment to Italy.
Contacted Aimee about the delays of a UPS package. Contact with UPS was made but we could not establish from UPS what the delays were and why the package appeared to be stuck in the UPS warehouse. Eventually after emails too and fro UPS sorted the problem and the package was cleared by customs. The UPS customs fees seemed quite high but I paid these fees on line and the parcel was delivered on Thursday after a 2 week delay. The delays were due to UPS not informing anyone what the problems were and I will probably use DHL next time as although they are more expensive than UPS they normally communicate better if there are any problems. We got there in the end and the teddy bears have thankfully arrived safely! Thank you for your patience and help with this..
I checked their website for the shipping of a roughly 1,5kg item (bicycle helmet) to the USA. The estimate was anywhere from $20-50 USD which seemed reasonable for such a light item, but when it arrived at their warehouse, I was told it would cost me about $150 and that was AFTER they did the repacking which saved about $10 USD. I tried numerous discount codes I found on the internet but none of them worked so I paid the "ransom" to have my item shipped to me. I will never use this company again and would never recommend it!

Our Tax Free warehouse address is located in the Channel Islands- with limited infrastructure, which means the shipping prices can be a little more expensive than when shipping from the mainland UK warehouse and there is only DHL Express service currently available to customers from our Tax Free warehouse address in Guernsey.
If the goods are low value it may be more cost effective to ship goods to the UK mainland address and use our combine and repack service to ensure that you obtain the maximum value for shipping. However if the goods are higher value it is often more cost effective to save on the retailer sales tax within the purchase price and pay the slightly higher rate for shipping from our Guernsey address with DHL Express. Combine and repack may also be an option to ensure that you receive the best possible price for shipping. Using our services enables customers to purchase goods from multiple retailers and ship them together in one shipment.
When accessing the pricing page on our website, there is a 'From' drop down option for customers to choose the warehouse location for dispatch. This will also ensure customers are quoted the correct courier services and prices available from each warehouse address. If shipping from the Guernsey warehouse please select 'UK Tax Free' as the warehouse location for dispatch.

I started with f2me around 2 years ago and since then the shipping/repacking prices kept on rising too much, very unhappy with this, now i know that whatever i say here will not make the price go down as im sure there is always a good reason for it to rise.

I'm glad that I used forward2me services. Cheaper, faster and reliable than other similar services I've used from their competitors. I highly recommend Forward2Me.
First time using a forwarding service. I had a perfect experience and will definitely use it again.
Forward to me were not truthful in the execution of their service. I was told I had no choice but to repack my parcel which everytime I chose the option I was put at the back of an ever growing queue. Then that I had to use a courier to send the package which was the size of a letter and had a value of less than 5 pounds. I was told this would cost me 35 pounds altogether. Once I queried this huge cost I was told it was the only way and that I would be receiving benefits of a private courier. Benefits I didn't need or want. So it ended up costing a small fortune for its worth. Won't use them again which is a shame as I used them in the past and didn't experience any of this.
Poor experience - underquoted initially, charged me 4kg for an item much lighter. Opened my package, demanded an invoice (even though there was one inside). Never sent any photograph. Website didn't allow currency other than pounds, I emailed them asking about this, they ignored it. I was then overcharged GST due to currency conversion.
Complained to customer service, they gaslighted me about how they photograph each item and delayed the processing of my package offering to "investigate" if I pay them more money. I declined.
Complained again, was offer d a refund on the overcharge, I agreed then they ghosted me and I never heard from them again.
After you commit to this company's service they know they've got you over a barrell and
I had pressed shipping for safety instead of shipping for savings by accident and the customer service was great to fix the issue so fast! Then I asked if the shipping could be lowered by using a different supplier and they fixed that too! Thanks for helping me ship my package!
It was very easy to use this service to purchase items from UK and forward to the US. There was one thing that came up with the package, but Stramie was quick to help resolve the issue. Thank you for your help with this!

Was told that repackaging was required - not clear why.
Was given a shipping estimate. Accepted the estimate, but the actual price for shipping was much higher than the max in the estimate.
The package arrived on-time, with no damage, which was great, but I think the price for the service was unreasonably high.

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The cost for shipping will also be dependant on which repack option is chosen from the customer account. 'Repack for Saving' will aim to remove as much original packaging as possible to be able to consolidate items into one or fewer pieces. 'Repack for Safety' will aim to retain all original packaging to ensure the goods inside are as sufficiently and securely packed for transit as possible. 'Repack for Safety' can cause the overall shipping prices to remain at the higher end of the estimate courier pricing range. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received. If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

Unfortunately, two of my items were damaged in transit as they were incorrectly repacked by F2M. However, Nica, in customer service did a great job getting the damaged items reimbursed and even refunded my shipping cost! She was friendly, courteous, and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. This is the second shipment that arrived damaged. The first problem (also the fault of the repackers) was never resolved so I truly appreciate Nica's assistance.
Your efficiency and thoughtfulness in solving problems facing the customers is one of your biggest assets, don't lose it.

I was awaiting my delivery and wondered where it was; then I received an email from an employee here named Nika, informing me I could have a package but they weren't sure if it was mine. They worked to get my information correct based on their suggestions, and now everything is fine and I have a plushie coming soon. I'm writing this because I wouldn't have had a chance in getting this because it comes from Japan, and they made sure I was all right diligently. I'd like to say thank you to Nika.

I purchased an item and had it re-shipped by Forward2Me. I paid for Protect+ because the item is coming from overseas. The box came in from Fedex soaking wet, the item inside has pieces of cardboard on it. The item is not breakable and did not have damage but the box should not have been soaking wet. I put a claim in with Forward2Me. The CSR - Aimee responded and provided status every couple of weeks. However, after a few weeks, the CSR from Forward2Me sent an email saying that Fedex denied the claim. I contacted Fedex, who stated that the claim was not entered until March 1,2023. That is nearly a month after I received the box. I believe that Protect+ is a money grab and Forward2Me is a scammer!

They did not send my products to Spain, and they were lost.

The items in your package were classified as foodstuffs. We were unable to assist you with shipping the food items to your destination address in Spain due to the local custom restrictions and requirements for non commercial, personal imports of meat products, food and perishables from UK to Spain. Our customer experience team notified you about the restrictions for shipping foodstuffs and meat products to Spain. We assisted you with arranging a shipment for the package to a local UPS access point in the UK as per your request. You can find a list of restricted and prohibited items at the end of our terms of trade on our website - this is also broken down by country.
