Very helpful. Didn't take as long as i thought. This was my first time with the customer services and it did not disappoint.
It was only one small box what I needed to forward and they give me no other choice but repacking, so I had to wait and paid for it. I opened a ticket but they took to long to respond and recognize it. No refund or apologized.
I had to provide some information for my package that was requested by Honey. She was clear, timely and professional. She was easy to understand, and let me know that I was up to date with sending what I needed. Very low stress!

The value of the shipment were very expensive, for a toy of 100 pounds I had to Pay 20 pounds to ups and 40 more when i received the box, 60% of the total price is a very cost

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see on this occasion the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight 0.85 kg so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight 2.57 kg.
We also noticed that you requested for repack for safety this will add to the total volume of the box.
The costs you have paid to forward2me include multiple services such as receiving your package, repackaging if needed, and preparing essential export paperwork to help send your items from the UK.
It is important to mention that these charges do not cover any possible import duties or taxes, as well as brokerage fees that may be required when importing the products into your country.

Have been using Forward2me USA a couple times now and its a great service. The site is easy to use, processing of packages is pretty quickly and they have great customer service. When I found out they had a pricemarch guarentee Nica from CS was very helpfull in getting me the discount and adding a final package to the shipment that came my locker during this process.

Easy and very convenient. Also saved a bunch on shipping services and very reliable. Thx NICA. I have used their services in Germany, United Kingdom and now the States. Very reliable and shipping cost are way down. Much better than my previous forwarder which used to charge me double of what ever the shipping cost would be.
