I had a package delivered to Japan from an online store that only ships to the UK and parts of the EU.
After the package arrived at the Forward2me warehouse, the shipping process to Japan was quick, and the delivery to Japan was also quick.
I think the fees, including storage and shipping costs at the Forward2me warehouse in the UK, were reasonable.

The problem is that whet batteries are included in the package, you have to combine them again and you cant pay for them right away.

All my orders in the UK and the US are delivered to Germany by Forward2me. Normally everything runs very smoothly and without any issues. However, last time there have been issues with customs clearance here in Germany. Joyce from the Forward2me team in Preston UK provided me with very competent and friendly support over a period of about two months and did everything she could to solve the problem. We were in contact almost every day until everything was sorted out and the package finally arrived yesterday. 12.4 Claims must be submitted by email to the address in clause 16. 1. 1, accompanied by scanned copies of the consignment note/air waybill and all supporting documents, photographs of damaged items, photograph of any external damage to the box, photograph of the external box showing the shipping label, photograph of internal packaging and relevant invoices and/or receipts for the Goods.
It has been a while since I used your service, you should have sent the questioner sooner. As I recall communicating with the team wasn't easy and in the past I spoke UK based people, but this time it was overseas
