Needing legal documents for some personal and business matters, I can't explain how wonderful Formswift was. Now mind you to get a normal lawyer would have cost me a couple of hundred dollars due to the timeframe i needed this done. So being tight on money I did search for a free document. Many people say it is a bait and switch when it is free, but you are offered a trial period, but think about it, a free trial vs a lawyer. I will take the trial even if it requires my card, all you have to do is cancel within 7 days and no charges. Simple, but for the rate of 40 a mnth, that is cheaper than a lawyer for on call documents (as long as they are available). The conversion services are great. Give it a try, and if you have any problems, just contact customer service, they will get right on it.

I needed to write a letter of recommendation, logged onto FormSwift.com and completed the document with ease. I read the terms of the site and got to use it completely FREE as stated. When I went to cancel the cs rep was quick, professional and didn't try to sell me anything when I stated I only needed the one form.

I've used FormSwift many times. They have so many documents to choose from and it's very easy to use. I've made several documents and was pleased with the ones that I've made. I've tried to use other sites that were not so user-friendly but I would highly recommend using this site. They even offer e-filing for tax services which is a huge plus by me. Simply awesome!
I have tryed use it few times and ads looked very nice and convenient. But after few bad bugs I have decided use other product. Try harder, guys!
I was in a hurry this am to download and edit a pdf so I could get it out to a client. What a breeze it was going through FormSwift. I was able to meet my deadline and this process was so simple, from start to finish. Tx FormSwift!
Once you convert your document, you never have "ownership." You are denied editing permissions in Word. You may only edit thru their site. They control emailed documents - my recipients could not save OR EVEN PRINT the documents from this trashy company.
They installed malware controlling my homepage!
Just unprofessional, unethical and deceptive start to finish.
Formswift pretends to be a free and easy to use online PDF editor. However, after your first PDF edited Formswift demands that you sign up for a "7 day free trial" account, after which they automatically begin to charge you. Worse, if you refuse to sign up they delete all of the changes you had made to the PDF. Formswift does not warn or otherwise inform you of the data deletion or the limit on PDF saves.
This is unethical business practice, and I have no doubt all other interactions with the company will be similar. Please use another option, and don't give Formswift your business.
A five star rating. I'd tried a different site and found the results looked unprofessional. Found FormSwift and tried it. It was very easy to use and the results absolutely GREAT.
This was my first time, using this software and it was very easy and it looks very professional.

I was surprised when my free trial automatically turned into a paid subscription for $26. I definitely did not sign up for that. However, I was pleasantly surprised to call, talk to a live operator, and in less than 5 minutes the charge was reversed. So while I think the charge was a little deceptive at least they very quickly fixed the situation to my complete satisfaction.
Called and got a live person. Also they lived in the U.S. and spoke English. They also had excellent knowledge, great sense of humor and oh, by the way solved my problem to my extreme elation. I am impressed.
Most $#*!ty marketing, $#*!ed support and ignoring all issues I had. Just a product of my dream.
If you want save nerves, money and health - avoid this "service".
I got a form from Formswift and for months afterward they automatically deducted money from my account. Hidden scam. This was never disclosed to me. Obviously, I would not have agreed to this. They now say they will only refund a portion of my money. Beware and check your account for recurring charges!
