I chose Formswift because I just needed a template to create a contract. Formswift offered a free trial, which saved me a great deal of money from going through a lawyer. Well, I forgot to cancel before my free trial ended. So when I saw the monthly fee appear on my bank statement, I called their 1-800 number. I talked to Jason, who was very helpful to cancel my membership. There was no speeches or time to pressure me into keeping my membership. I then thought to ask if it was possible to get a refund for the amount I was billed, even though I was the one who didn't cancel on time. I was a bit embarrassed, but Jason told me it wouldn't be a problem. I received confirmation e-mails showing my account was cancelled and I was being reimbursed.
That was a great customer service experience. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family!
Don't as for my credit card! Waste of time, unless you're willing to give out your financial information and cancel later. I wouldn't call it free, it cost me an hour of my day.
In a google search, this company comes up with the first hit. The title says 100% free. I completed the online forms and then before it would print, they wanted to charge me. Bait and switch at its finest.
NO STARS AT ALL! This is the worst company i've ever dealt with in my entire life. They said they were issuing my refund for the money they took out of my account and never did. After going back and fourth with my bank and their customer service nothing was resolved and I ended up paying my overdraft fee and the money to them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU READ THIS AND ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT. NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET MY REFUND BUT I HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT IN FEAR THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO WITHDRAW MONEY BECAUSE IT HAS HAPPENED TO OTHERS. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Looked up PDF writing to complete my quiz. This comes up, first thing it said that it was free and very easy to use. I use it and do my exam for an hour only to finish and find out I cannot get my work without entering my credit card information. I would have loved to get that information in the beginning

So. I was simply trying to print a W9 Form for a vendor.
FormSwift looked quick easy and free.
But no.
I filled out the form, complete with electronic signature (mistake) and then they wanted a credit card number to download the form
Yep. I do call that a scam.
I felt like an idiot when I went to the irs.gov site and simply downloaded a fillable printable W9 that took less time than the Scammers at FormSwift.com
So. Lesson Learned.
