Creating an account is totally free, but actually doing anything with it requires purchasing a plan, which is not. Please don't advertise as "free" when it isn't.
I only had to do one 1099 for 2019 and they sent the recipient a blank 1099 for the year 2013. I didn't even have a business in 2013! Will never use this service again.
Do not give your information such as email to this company. False advertisement! Not free! Another company taking your money and possibly not cancelling your account.
Isn't actually free, false advertised. Waste of time setting up your form to have to opt in after account created. Even the "free trial" costs 1.95
I used FormSwift last year and it worked ok, I was supposed to be on the yearly subscription but was still charged the $29 something a month and was told I didn't qualify for the cheaper $8 a month one. I tried getting on to do my 1099's for this year and was not able to sign in. I called for help and was told their website only works with firefox. So I switched computers with one that had firefox and it still did not work. After hours of trying to get it fixed they could not get me logged in. When I called back as instructed, a very rude women told me there is nothing else they can do to try to help me I needed to just wait a day or 2 and see if the reset email comes through. She also explained they are very busy and didnt have time for this. THIS is your job! And as a business owner I dont have days to wait around for an email that I can almost guarantee will never come. Do not use this company.
I canceled my account during the trial I still had to pay $1.82 so its definitely not free! After canceling I got a confirmation email saying NO FURTHER charges would be taken from my account and the next day BAM they took $29.95. So I called and spoke with "Kari" and she said she couldn't see the charge and asked if I was sure it was formswift! It says formswift.com right next to the charge on my account so yea I'm very sure! I better get my money back!
Not to keen on having to look at biased political agendas from businesses - I will go elsewhere. No thank you.
" send the document for signature again and to make sure that you make sure that the signature line is where the signature should go" Is what the Chat service said to me when the signature came back on the corners of some pages and not in the signature field. I sent out the doc (simple lease agreement) and when I was notified by the person signing (another issue, no email was sent to notify me signature was completed on doc) the signature was not in the "signature field" so the fix to my problem was to send out again and "make sure that the person signautre goes/assigned to the signature field" by me I am supposed to make sure this happens? So what is the purpose of the "send for signature" feature that is not already pre-determined by the feature that should DO THAT VERY THING! Ugh so frustrating, glad I did the trial version and won't have this issue. Go elsewhere, do the trials and save yourself the time and money, so dissapointed I am even wasting my time in writing this review!
I filled in the advance directive form which worked great until the end when it asked to create an account. I put in my email and password and then would not allow me to sign in. I even used the forget password option but it did not send an email for me to sign back in. I wasted 17 minutes fillng out the form and now I am concerned my personal info is on their database which I cannot access.
Quick, Easy but FALSELY advertised as free only to start requesting information and payment information when you are done with your document. I completed editing my PDF file and then lost everything since I was not willing tp put in my card information. VERY DECEPTIVE and a waste of my time. Be UPFRONT!
I try pay with 2 cards and they say "Error! An error occurred with your card. Please try again or try another card. C: 422 This transaction has been declined. And when i check my bank account they take 1.95 2 times. And they dont give me the documents.
Absolutely awful. Not free at all. My documents was full of typos and errors. Could not download in Word so I had to type the entire thing by hand. Total rip off. No customer service. Stay away!
FAKE AND TAKES MONEY NOTHING IS FREE! MAKES YOU SIGN UP AND SPAMS YOUR EMAIL. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE.
I spent about 15 minutes filling out a form, then when I wanted to download, I was told I needed an account. Signed up for an account, then was told I had to provide a credit card for a "free trial" this was not disclosed at the start.
I should have been asked to set an account and enter a credit at the start, not the end after I had already wasted time.
Fraudulent charges, I canceled my free trial after 1 use, document charge for 1.95 was ok but months later noticed a charge for 29.95.
I needed to print out some applications and found them online. In order to finish it requested my credit card for the 1 week free trial. I wasn't impressed by the site so I submitted a cancellation request. I didn't pay attention after i sent in the request and saw 3 months later I was getting charged $30/mo for nothing. I sent a message to the billing department asking to cancel and refund, never responded. Saw a charge the next month, messaged again and got no response. When they switched the contact us portal to an actual email I finally received a response with 3/9 months payments back and they never responded after I asked for all of it back. Good business
Bunch of crooks, need to be kicked out of the bay area. Seriously popped up on google as a free pdf file service to fill out docs. Nope as soon as your done typing all your info and want to save, bam! The want credit card info and you have to cancel the service to not be charged. Straight jokers, we don't need companies who lie in the bay area. Please leave, you guys suck.
I had a seven-day free trial, and on the 7th day in the morning, I was charged $30.00 for ONE DOCUMENT! I will NEVER use their service again.
Traditional scam based business. Dupe many one time users to accidentally creating a "free" account and enter your credit card information for "identity purposes" then charge them one or two times before the user cancels. I don't understand how owners of companies like this sleep at night.
I helped a friend of mine trace where they were charged $29.95 and it was good ol' formswift.com. This friend walked me through the process they used to upload a document to fill out and share and I never saw the point at which my friend acknowledged entering into a monthly payment plan.
I sat for an hour creating my document and when I went to put in my info for the 7 days free trial that they charged me a dollar for my entire document that I had created was gone. That's how you piss off a customer. Try worrying about keeping my document safe instead of trying to sucker me into getting my credit card info. You suck!
