My complaint is your no return policy which i did not see till i received these items that i ordered for my niece for christmas, thinking she could exchange at a store if they did not fit. Now I am being told not only can she not exchange them she cannot even return them as i took advantage of a 10% online coupon.
Had a pop up or notice come up saying this was a total non returnable item when i went to pay i would not have done this order online and would have gone to a store.
I called and was told so sorry tough luck. Here is return policy- nowhere does it say using a promo code makes your entire order NON RETURNABLE.

I ordered six items from Forever21.com about a month ago and just got my package two days ago. Very slow shipping in my experiences. On too of that they failed to send me one item which is aggravating and when I called their customer service (they were very friendly) the girl said that it was out of stock when I ordered it so I will get a refund. They failed to educate me on this at the times placed the order which is very strange and not right. It is back in stock now so I feel as if I should still get it but whatever. I rather shop in store for forever 21 so you can actually see what you're getting and the quality.

I placed a $53.00 order on 9/13/12 and did not receive free shipping even though my order was over $50.00. Reluctantly I paid the $13.90 shipping fee because I just wanted to get my order. THREE WEEKS go by and just like the other customers, my order goes totally unprocessed. I email Forever21 a week ago and get an automated response that half my order is now out of stock. I was disappointed but figured I would get the remainder of the order within the week.

It has now been ONE MONTH, and my order is STILL posted as "new". I'm sure the rest of my order is now also out of stock by now. What a gross mis-handling of a situation. If a company this size is handling a warehouse move this badly, someone needs to be replaced. I used to shop at this store all the time, and I don't think I'll ever go into one again much less order online from them again. Incredibly frustrated, disappointed and angry.

Love this store with a passion. Everything i order is the same as it is on the screen. I love the trendy styles. Im always buying a new shirt or bag from here. Accessories are always worth the price. Love it!. NOW here is the down fall the pants. I cant shop here for pants. They simple aren't long enough. Being 5'11 with curves comes back to hurt me :( yes the have plus sizes but the length DOESN'T i repeat DOESN'T cover it. Other than that its still a good store

So with forever 21 the bottom sizes are different but they have size charts that help you with that. The items that I ordered got here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. I liked that a lot. And the clothes are VERY VERY cheap especially if you catch a sale. I bought three bottoms, two shirts and three dresses for $49. So yeah forever 21 is SO worth it and shopping online is convenient instead of traveling to one that isn't in your city.

First off if you love the store you'll like the site. I happen to live by the mall of america and that's the forever21 I typically go to. It's so messy there! Not to mention a lot of clothes. Which means tons more on the website but less headachy to look through.

My only beef with the site vs the store is the colors are way different online then in person. I bought a scarf I thought was a salmon pinkish color and came in red. So read the descripton of color instead of looking at just the picture.

The packaging was great I got 12 items (I believe) and it was in a very big plastic envelope with tissue paper. The jewlery items I got was wrapped in a smaller bag and each item is indiviually wrapped including clothing items besides the style deals (items that are a good price).

Overall great site. Came in a timely manner (wish it came faster though!) Free shipping over 50 dollars. If you sign up for their email listing they will let you know when they have sales. I ordered on veterns day so I got 11% off everything and they had a buy one get on free sale. I've ordered from the site before and certainly will continue ordering from them.
