I was always very loyal to Forever 21.90 % of my clothes are from this store. But last time I ordered online from Forever 21, i got sweater size smal which is look like M or L! And the dress... on the website it was yellow like a lemon, in real life the color was lime yellow + it looks through (I ordered totally different dress). Anyway, I would be ok with that if I could get my money back, but I couldn't! Because I used 15% discount code and my items transformed to final sale. But there was no sign anywhere and even on my online account it's saying that clothes are not on final sale. When I contacted with the store manager, she denied me in returning my money. Please don't make my mistaked and never buy anything there.

NEVER SHOP ONLINE THERE. I shopped at forever 21 online and ordered 4 small dresses. I got my items in 3 days, and was happy. I tried the dresses on, and relaized they didnt fit. Youd figure theres not that big of a difference between SMALL and XSMALL but i guess so at forever21. Anyway i went to a store to take them back. The cashier told me i can only get store credit, no refunds. I was pissed about that, but i liked forever 21 so i just left it alone. I went to forever21.com when i got home and it said I CAN SHIP ITEMS BACK AND GET A REFUND. The cashier lady told me those were the only options i had. Still not finished. I ordered more items online $80 worth and shipped them to a address, which i made a typo accidentally. I wanted to change that so i called forever 21 and they said no. They have terrible customer service and they rip you off. NEVER gonna buy there again

I've ordered from this site 2 times and was very pleased each time. I think the best thing about forever 21 is that they offer really cute clothes at affordable prices. The quality isn't all that great for some shirts but for under 10 dollars, it's way more than a bargain. I love this site and I think it's perfect for college women who want to dress stylish for less. I actually prefer online shopping because I find much cuter clothes and I don't have to deal with snotty employees (not that I ever have). But to summarize: cute clothes, cheap prices. I think for us women that's a perfect combination.

Shopping here was the worst experience ever. I placed an online order purchased a dress and shoes. The girl pictured with the dress is wearing an undershirt the dress itself shows your entire bra down past the bottem. They didn't disclose that it wasnt part of the dress. The Material is thick and rough feels and looks like it should hang on your windows. They charged me the shipping to return it and told me i will have wait a month for my refund. Worst service, dress and overall experience ever. Never shop here.

I bought some clothes way back in December 25, and in got "shipped" in January.
As per their tracking it says that my product was delivered but never received it. I contacted them and asked them where is my purchase and I asked either they refund me or send me my product. They do not respond to follows up and after 2 months saying that they are not refunding me because it was delivered...

Grr... I have contacted my bank and I will campaign to make sure that these people doesn't pull this scam ever again.

I purchased several necklaces from the FOREVER 21 website in February and they were shipped on 2/12/14 and Guess What? I still don't have my necklaces for my daughter's wedding. After speaking to Karen today on the phone which is the 10th person I have spoke with over the past few weeks she said I would get my package in a few day after I was told on 3/11/14 they were shipped. I have NO idea when I will get my package and at this point I am mad as **** and will NEVER shop with this store again. I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I ordered from them. Thanks so letting me vent :)

This site has been a great source to order inexpensive items from. I have never had a bad experience, always received the item promptly and found the item to be great quality and exactly what I ordered. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that their return policy is not good. Basically once you spend money with them you cannot get it back. They only do returns for store credit and that sometimes isn't convenient when you can't find another item to purchase. All in all a good experience but they should bring their return policy up to speed to make it an excellent experience.
