AMAZING :) i ordered $300 worth of clothing! 2 dresses, pair of pants, 4 shirts, 2 skirts, 3 rompers, cute panda sweater, and a cute belt. Everything fit awesomely, the delivery took a 5 days!, pricing was amazing (i used a random coupon off the internat+ free shipping). I want to order from them everytime :)
I love their clothing. I mostly shop online, though, because their staff at the stores are sometimes a bit too snarky for my liking.

It's okay, they just take a while to ship & sometimes they don't update, i ordered boots and they went out of stock as soon as i ordered them and when my package got here (i ordered a belt & a shirt w/ it) i was so excited to get my new boots, but they didn't come. So i called them, expecting them to say they were coming in a separate box, because they shirts came in an envelope thing, but they didn't. They said they went out of stock after i ordered them. They could've at least sent an email, they didn't. But other than that they have cute clothes
I ordered some boots online as a gift for my niece for Christmas. Unfortunately, she didn't like them so we tried to return them at the local store, but was told that they have to be mailed back to the company. So, I forked out the additional money to return them via mail, and was then told via e-mail that the sales were considered "final" (for reasons unknown), they won't refund my money or even give store credit at this point, and if I want the merchandise back, I need to pay them even more money for shipping to send it back to me! Unbelievable return policy! Will never shop here again and recommend that you don't either.
I purchased boots for my daughter(A Christmas gift) I attempted to exchange them for a smaller size and was told that their policy does NOT allow exchanges or returns that were purchased on sale. I told my daughter I would never buy from Forever21 again, she has plenty of other clothing companies to choose from that do not adhere to such ridiculous policies!
THEY ARE A JOKE! My wife ordered $100 worth of maternity wear online which unfortunately did not fit. We sent it right back with a tracking #. They received it Nov. 22nd. Apparently all online orders are FINAL SALES, which it reads in small print on the invoice. I was not combing through the fine print since I have never heard of something so ridiculous, and yes, I did not know that when I returned the items. No phone call, no email, no nothing AND TODAY IS JAN 11TH! I called and first got some arrogant hood rat with an attitude so I asked for a Supervisor. They claim the email was sent out. I looked in my Gmail account and I have other emails from the same day they claimed to have sent an email, but NOTHING from Forever 21. Their email allegedly stated that the item was not returnable and I needed to let them know if I wanted it back, and if so to send them a return shipping container and label. ARE YOU F&CKING KIDDING ME? They have a phone number on file for customers who order online but I was told it "is not time efficient to make phone calls." So instead of calling they have auto-generated emails sent out to customers. Convenient for them... not for their customers. So their policy is to erratically send out emails, do not keep track if they are received, and then "discard" the items while keeping your money. THEY ARE CRIMINALS and a bunch of tight-wad pieces of trash that run the company. All the money the store makes and they find ways to literally steal from people. So now we donated $100 to Forever 21. My wife, her sisters, my sisters all shop there... correction, SHOPPED there... never again, their garbage is not allowed in my home. Absolute trash.
Worse customer service. Ordered dresses for my daughter not on final sale but when received them the invoice stated final sale couldn't exchange or get store credit. Worst exchange policy I have seen. I paid full price on it. Such crap store.
My purchase was not online, but since their return policies are the same when I called their online customer service number, I will post my complaints here as well. TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING BUYING FROM FOREVER 21, PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER THAT IF YOU PURCHASED SOMETHING AND LATER DISCOVERED THAT YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, IT IS LIKELY THAT YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT - first they do not inform you that the item is "final sale", and even if they are not "final sale", they do not issue refund, you have to get store credit or do and exchange.
I recently purchased a hat in a physical store at full price, thinking that if I do not like it I will return it. I did not wear it and the tag is still on. Two days later I decided to return it. I was told that hats are accessories, thus they are FINAL SALE and you can not even exchange them. I AM ALREADY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THEIR POLICY THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. There was no signs in the store nor on the receipt that accessories are final sale. They did put something about items on sale and jewelry are final sale but maybe I'm too stupid to realize that hats are considered jewelry by Forever 21. Had I known this I wouldn't have purchased the hat. I feel I was taken advantage of by the merchant not informing me about all reasonable information prior the purchase, and then refusing me to exercise my rights as a customer.
The hat is only $13 but I will never shop at Forever 21 again, ever. I will make sure that my experience will make an impact on other people's purchase decisions. If the management can see this please consider how angry customers impact the reputation of your business. Please do the right thing about your policies.

I love Forever! This review is just for the site as often customer service at the stores leaves a lot to be desired. It's true that sometimes shipping can take a little longer than usual but it's usually free so I'm willing to wait a couple extra days. The clothes often come in plastic so they are clean and it's really easy to return anything to one of the stores. I wouldn't waste any time sending the package back since you can just get store credit or even exchange it right away. I actually have a lot of luck with shoes from the site too - they come fresh in the box with all tissue so they have never even been tried on. Sizing can be interesting but remember Forever 21 doesn't make the clothes, they buy them from mass distributors. Just be prepared that you may want to return some things - the prices make it worth it as the stores always have different products than the website. Most of my wardrobe is from here and I get complimented on my clothes regularly - so be patient and you'll be happy!
I am very disappointed in the customer service i received over the phone.
I placed an order and it was sent back to you guys... when i called on the 14th to ask if Forever21 received my package (so it can be sent back to me) the lady told me she has not received it and i would get an email telling me when Forever21 got my package so it could be sent back & that my package would definitely be at my door step before Christmas eve.
It is now the 19th... 6 days away from Christmas and i do not have the presents i ordered! Nor did i receive an email of any kind.
When i called today, another lady said "yes, we've had your package since the 12th or 13th of Dec"... are you kidding me? I could have had that sent to me and would have paid more to get it sent within a few days. Now im going to cancel my order because i wont receive it until after Christmas... She also mentioned that you guys do not send emails to tell us Forever21 has received it... WHY WAS I WAITING FOR THIS EMAIL
I get that you guys can not get it here because its only 6 days away from Christmas but seriously... I have been waiting for this "email' and got nothing.

This store and its website have the worst customer service policies I have ever seen! I ordered my daughter a sweater that was her size (small) but when it came it was way too big on her. It was on sale for $10. When I went to exchange it for something that fits, they told me that I couldn't exchange it because it was purchased on sale. Any other store would have allowed me to do the exchange. I will never shop at a Forever 21 again!
I've always gone to this site in search of cute clothes at a decent bargain. The prices range from dirt cheap to average, but keep in mind that the same goes for the quality.
However, the most frustrating thing is their shipping processing time and of course, their customer service.
I've had it take up to six days just to process an order that was supposed to be on two day shipping, and that's not including the actual shipping time. I also had an order where some of the items purchased never came, although it said they were shipped, and after waiting for them to come I contacted customer service and was told that they had been out of stock even though they were in stock when the order was placed.
On top of that, the customer service gives you the sense that they really don't care and are not willing to do much at all to help you.
Although most of my experiences with this site have been good, my recent ones have begun to make me rethink my opinion.

Forever 21 has some really good items, and some not so great items. Thus, it's necessary to either try items on in store, or to really carefully read the measurements and reviews! I am kind of an ultra-cheapskate so I only buy their on-sale items XD However, I've never been disappointed in a purchase that I made from forever 21. Just make sure to hang dry the shirts you buy from there so that they don't shrink! Also, don't buy the shoes, as I've heard that they break easily. But I have bought many nice sweaters, skirts, jackets, and dresses from there that have all held up quite nicely. :)
They send the dress inside out to protect the outside as much as possible. Thanks for your attention to detail. WORTH THE BUY! I'm very happy :)

Reasonable price, I think more pretty than zara and etc, not bad option for casual apparel, will continue to buy here.

Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
