For those of you that shop at Forever 21 do NOT order from their online store... they have horrible customer service! I did not receive my package and unlike every other online store they are refusing to ensure that I have my product until they do an investigation on the whereabouts of my package which they will not even begin to look into for 7-10 days... I paid for my product and am being forced to wait before any refund or reshipment occurs even though I am not at fault! I did my part and paid for my product and they should fulfill their end by getting me my purchase. So I strongly suggest not ordering from this company! What kind of customer service allows their customers to be left unsatisfied?!

I would rate it lower if I could believe me. The website leaves out certain aspects of return policies with use of discount codes. I spent $550 dollars on their website, and unfortunately the only thing that fit was the necklaces. I had never shopped their before, and although I followed the size chart everything was HUGE on me. I called to get a return code so I could get the correct sizes, and they informed me they would not let me exchange because I used a 20 percent off discount code. The way the code was applied was they took 50 cents to a dollar off each item, which made everything a "sale item", which meant I couldnt exchange or return anything. I begged the lady and told her I was stuck with ALL of it because nothing fit and that I was a first time shopper who spent alot of money. I even pointed out that NOWHERE does it say that if I use a discount code, I wont be able to exchange things that dont fit for the correct size. I have never and will never spend another dime there again. I have two big boxes of clothes that im stuck with now.

This is the worst store ever! I purchased a necklace in Wichita, KS and as I was paying the sales associate asked if I knew about their return policy. I said I did not so she said there is no return or exchange on jewelry. I laughed and said that is not a" return" policy. That is what I call a very poor customer service policy. I should have just put the jewelry back and walked out but I really loved the necklace... so I hadn't even worn the necklace 30 minutes and it broke. It was obviously defective. Well I went back to the store with it to possible exchange it and was told no way. I could understand if I had changed my mind but the thing broke. What a suck store. How can anyone stay in business with customer service like that? If you are in the mall shopping just go right on by this store. Their product is cheap and of poor quality and they definitely do not know the meaning of customer service!

I've always loved forever 21. I've never had a problem there until today. I went to the Eastwood Location in Michigan, and it started off by trying to ask someone where the $8.50 cardigans are and she rudely replied "All out" then as i proceeded to check out there was about four employees standing around talking to each other just looking at me as i stood at the cash register. Finally as one of the ladies rolled her eyes, she walked over and grabbed my stuff told me the total, bagged it up then threw it infront of me. I was astonished. I have never had such a horrible experience and they need to hire new employees. I definitely wont be going back there for a while.

I remember the first time I walked into this store; the glitter floors, clothes from wall to wall, the warm greetings. My money was burning a hole in my pocket, I had to get rid of it. Forever 21- trendy clothing retailer aimed at young women. This retailer offers clothing and accessories for young women, men, and teenage girls. This American chain store is located in major cities in America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Offering sizes from juniors to plus size, Forever 21 has sizes for everyone with affordable prices.
Although the sizes vary and the prices are appealing, Forever 21 is extremely unorganized. Finding something is a steal because all the valuable clothes always seem to be hidden. The staff are friendly and attentive. Forever 21 always has a sale. Besides the hassle of searching through the unmentionables, Forever 21 is a great store. Defiantly recommend this store to my friends.

I have ordered from this website a couple of times, if not more and overall I have been pleased with the results. There have been times that an item looks a different color online than the real deal but that'a not really a BIG deal. The one thing that ticks me off about this site is that you can't return merchandise -.- woohoo. But other than that I'm happy with my experience and I will continue to shop there.

I placed an order online for the first time. The order came with a missing item and the one that I didn't order. So, I thought, not a problem. Because I order from Victoria's Secret all the time, and whenever it happened with them, it was an easy fix. NOT FOR FOREVER21! The lady at the customer service, named Monique, was so rude and told me that I am lying about the missing Item. There was no way for me to get an item that I ordered, through the customer service. So, I have to pay for the shipping again to order an item I want, and hope for a refund in 2-3 weeks, after I will fill out some papers! How ridicules! Don't waist your time with this store and ladies like Monique! Shop Victoria's Secret!

"My order # 38809423
August 1, 2013

"My order # *******. I had spent over $350 at Forever21 online. In the past, I never had any problems shopping online at this store. Not this time. Nearly every single article of clothing I had bought were not sized as advertised. They were much, much smaller then the site said they were.

I tried on all my clothes, every single shirt and skirt too small to even fit on. I thought, "No big deal... I will just exchange them". I have exchanged with this company once in the past and had no problems what-so-ever. Apparently they had changed their policies in the past year.

Not only do they not exchange, you can only return. If you return you have to pay money out of your own pocket to send the shipment back. Customer service told me it would take up to two months to get my money back for return items. They also said I could drive to a store to return them, but only for store credit.

Not only are they lying about the clothes they are selling, they are stealing from people. I wrote 5 comments on several of the the clothes I bought to let other girls know that the clothes run small. Forever 21 deleted the comments, only keeping the "good" comments about their products. I am never buying from them again. "

A lot of their clothes are really cute and most importantly, really affordable! :) I think it's a perfect brand for a student like me. I think the items online are a bit different with the ones actually at the store, but they're pretty good & the shipping is surprisingly fast.

Only ordered once from them and don't want to again. They cancelled my order for no reason then it took them over two months to give me a promotion code. Just judging by the codes name it doesn't even look worth using, i'd rather go to a store and actually get the clothes I ordered than waste my time. Also whoever I was emailing about this missing code made it out like it was my fault for not receiving it. I find it strange how I get all of their other emails yet the one with the promo code somehow gets lost. I never got the clothes in the end as by the time I received the code they where out of stock/no longer available and I spent my money elsewhere.

The quality can be somewhat cheap but most clothes have decent to high end quality for the price. I'd say Forever21 is in my top 5 sites that have super trendy but affordable clothes. I don't know what I'd do without Forever21 & I especially love shopping on their website because the selection is much wider and I can find cuter things that people I know don't really wear. There shipping (I think it says 5-7) almost always gets to be on the 7th day, which stinks but it's worth it. Also, beware of their return policy. You will never get your money back, even if you have every receipt, tag, and original form of payment. You will only ever get store credit or an exchange if you don't like an item. So if you're not sure you like it, don't buy it unless you're okay with getting only Forever21 credit back.

I love shopping at Forever 21 and have recently found some great steals there. Like a lot of people have mentioned, I also prefer shopping on the site to shopping in store. I just find the store layout a little disorganized, so its easier for me to find items online since it's all categorized.

The only downside is that it seems their clothing sizes seem to run large these days so I usually have to order a size down. Reading the product reviews on the site helps with this problem though, since others will point out if they had trouble with the size.

Otherwise, a great site to shop at. And you gotta love their free shipping!

Re order number: *******
I have not received my merchandise with Forever21, they refused to replace the order or cancel the order, yet they have initiated an insurance claim with UPS and have told me that UPS will have to refund the order.

Despite UPS's claim to have delivered our package and left it at our front door, we have not received our package. Unfortunately our town and nearby towns have streets with the same name, and UPS, whenever its usual deliver person from our area is on vacation, assumes the address on the package is incorrect and then delivers packages sometimes three towns over and to a different number. When this happens and if we are awaiting a package, every other company resends the package, files a claim with UPS, and they receive compensation from UPS for a misdelivery. Everyone is happy - and these are companies that care about their customers.

Unfortunately, after speaking with the person who declared he is the top phone customer service person for the US and Canada, I am dumbfounded at why Forever21 will not replace the items, will not cancel the order, and is asking me to wait until an investigation through UPS is finished. They declare that their "user based system" prohibits customer service from refiling an order or even amending an order. To declare that you have a user based system without actually being able to fix a problem (ie, not having received items - it was your decision which carrier to use - a carrier which misdelivered my package - my agreement was with Forever21, not the mail carrier, and it is with Forever21 who has chosen to not fulfill its agreement with me - I am left without the items I purchased and waited for, have been charged for them, and now must await a refund from UPS, rather than Forever21. In essence, Forever21 has decided that their customers are not their top priority.
I paid for items and have not received them am being charged for them and was told I should just drive to a Forever21 and repurchase items.

I spent $700 on clothes from them. I used a promo code which only took about $2 off each item. It took 2 whole weeks to ship to me. I wanted to return $75 worth of things and they wouldn't let me because of the promo code even though it didn't say anywhere on the website that it would be marked as final sale and I wouldn't be able to return it. I kept telling them I spent $700 and was a good customer but they wouldnt have it. They were very rude and inconsiderate. I even talked to JOSEPH M. (Wouldnt give me last name because he knew I would report him) who was the supervisor of customer service and he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. These people do not know business. If you have a customer who spends a lot of money on their products, you should do what you can to keep their business and not throw it away. They wouldn't even consider giving me money back even after it took them twice as long to send me my clothes. DO NOT SHOP HERE. JOSEPH M IS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. He wouldn't give me his last name because he knew I would report him. Even said so himself.

I LOVE forever21!
October 28, 2014

I LOVE forever21! Never shopping in penney's again! Forever21 prices slightly more expensive but much better quality! Its my new favourite shop, my clothes from there have being in the washing machine and dryer so many times and still look like new! Bought E80 worth of clothing online last week. Even though there was a bank holiday the package still reached me within 5working days, FREE shipping, excellent service. Very happy customer :)
