Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I love these shoes! They look really good with faded blue jeans or white jeans. The color is beautiful and they're super comfy. The heel height is just right.

Good experience, hope this works I think these shoes run big. These shoes do run way big, I normally take a 12 and I ordered a 11&1/2 and they are big. I an also a underpronator with high arches and these are for overpronators with flat feet so I have to return them. I immediately cancelled my order after I bought them and they came the next day so the service is great

Excellent service and follow up after having some problems with the website. I have bought my shoes at Footwear etc for many years because they have a great assortment of comfortable shoes.
You sent an email with a link to "SHOP" which did not function at all. Then on my account page, I tried to check my rewards but the "rewards loading" never produced an answer nor did the link on the actual order. Your website has been problematical in the past so this is an issue you need to fix. I still love your shoes, but it is annoying to deal with your website. Links need to be tested and repaired. BTW, please apply my reward to this purchase. Thanks
