Shopping was great, only problem was when I tried to open an account, you would not accept my e-mail, I am a 77 yr old retired Army Nurse 06 with no account problems

Easy to navigate site and good prices on sale items.

I was in the store and the level of experienced support was impressive! I asked some specific questions about the various fits and styles of Birkenstocks and my sales person nailed it! She was very familiar with the brand and fit. This was something I had asked at another major retailer and they simply did not have this level of knowledge. Thank you Footwear etc for your passionate sales staff!

Prices are very reasonable compared to other online retailers and shipping is very fast.

I was contacted prior to shipment with news that the shoes I ordered were slightly imperfect/ just a little dusty. I was sent photos and agreed to accept the shipment at a reduced price.

It took way longer than I thought it would take to get these shoes. I had to call customer service to find out where they were. The person I spoke to seemed legitimately wanting to help. I did receive them the next day.

Upon receipt I did not like the shoes.
And I didn't like how the shoe fi and felt.
