Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I only buy shoes from Footwear etc... due to my plantar fasciitis! When I first visited the store, the customer service I received was top-notch! I was placed on a machine that specified exactly what type of shoes would be best for my feet! I was outfitted with several different types of shoes (upon having my feet measured) and I took several strolls around the store! Hokas were recommended to me and they truly are the best shoes for my feet! This time around, I ordered my Hokas online since I already know they are best for my feet. What a convenient experience! My favorite pair of Pikolinos in black needed replacing. When I found the same style in brown in their catalog I was elated. They arrived quickly and are now my favorite.
