I wear these all the time. They are extremely comfortable

I placed my order in the website but received personalized service via email—status updates and concern about possible wear on one shoe. Service stands apart from other online shoe sellers. Communications were prompt and friendly, and shipping status was updated.

I may decide to return these because the ankle straps are way too short for my cankles. But they are cushiony, and comfortable right out of the box. I would prefer more arch support, and the color is a little too dark of a caramel. They would be great in a sandy colored leather.

Too wide for a B width foot. It even affected the length. But getting a couple sizes smaller might work in width, and probably not in length.

I am very pleased with my new sandals, they are a perfect fit and the color is more than what I expected, perfect to wear for dress or casual. I'll definitely order from Footwear etc. again.

My experience with Footwear was good. I have shopped with them online, as well as when Footwear had a nearby store. My go-t athletic shoes are Hokas. The price was comparable to what I have paid when they were on an excellent sale in a store. I have never worn this particular Hoka style, the feel when walking in the house is not entirely comfortable, and I am not sure I will keep them.

Overall it was a great experience. The shoes are super comfortable and beautiful; the price was good and the delivery pretty fast.

Package arrived very quickly. Shoebox was slightly damaged. The right shoe was slightly different than the left shoe as if it had been tried on a few times so I was pretty disappointed with that. Shoes are heavenly with the shearling but I forgot how firm the footbed is in Birkenstocks.

Why were there 2 separate charges to my card? I only ordered 1 thing came to 51. But there was another charge for over 11.

My shoes came in only 2 days! They were brand new also. I don't like to take my chances ordering from other online shoe stores because I've gotten used shoes in bad shape.
