Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I am a first time buyer. Good selection with good price. Shipping was timely and without an extra charge
Great shoe for my wider foot. Color goes with many outfits. The heels are just high enough for my more mature age too. Fast shipping.
The Birkenstock sandals sold out very quickly. The first pair I wanted to order had run out by the time I was able to log into the account. There was another pair of the same color that i ordered and found out the following day was oversold. They did honor that price for a similar pair, different color, but also ran out of another pair different color in which i was also interested.
Delivered on time. Good notification of delivery. I would order again through this website.
I was tired of buying shoes that were cheap but didn't quite work, so then I'd end up not wearing them. Shopping online helps me double and triple check that the shoes will match multiple outfits. I even traced my foot and measured it to make sure I got the right size. I ordered 4 pair and was happy with 3 of them--I received a prompt response to my email asking if the pair I wanted to return could just be hand delivered to a nearby Footwear etc store (yes, I can).

The sneakers themselves ran a bit small, but I love how they look. I don't like how I have to pay to get them shipped back for an exchange.
This was a relatively easy shopping experience. Packaging was perfect, the product came new and untarnished, and most importantly, the boots fit!
Love the Sabrina's London flats. This is my 6th pair and they are great fit for anyone with foot issues.
Item was shipped promptly upon purchase and arrived next day.
Order was correct and arrived quickly. Shoes did not fit and I have sent them back, but no issue there so far. The box the shoes were in was badly worn. It was faded, appeared as if it had been crushed at some point and the corners of the lid were torn.
From past experience I am expecting no issues with the return.
