Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I ordered a few pairs of shoes and ended up having to cancel one pair. When I called they were super friendly and helpful.
Very easy and smooth as silk! The 7.5-8.0 size was perfect for me. I usually wear a 7.5, these are a nice snug fit. If someone wears an 8.0, I would recommend they get the 8.5 size, or they could be too tight.
These shoes are lovely and even nicer than in the photos! Shipping was fast and very convenient. Thank you!

I really believe that I got my money's worth with these arch supports. Not only do they appear to be well made with great material, I can feel the quality while wearing them. So I'm pleased with this purchase.
For the most part, everything went well. There was some confusion about what to do for 1/2 size fittings. I chose to pick a 1/2 size smaller.

I placed the order with a wrong address by mistake on 12-13-22. Two days later,I found out and emailed them to correct it. The customer service replied to me and said that they would fix it for me. Yesterday,01-01-23 they emailed me saying that they could not do anything about fixing the delivery address.
Besides, free shipping and returns at Footwear, Etc., there's quite a variety of shoes to choose from and when sales are on, theirs are competitive and sometimes better than buying elsewhere.

This is my first experience with Footwear, etc. I purchased boots for my daughter for Christmas that I could not find in her size at big retail stores nor with big online vendors. Found them at Footwear, etc,, and for less money. I was surprised that a few days later they were at my doorstep in time for Christmas. I look forward to my next purchase with them.
