Have been purchasing shoes almost exclusively for 6-10 years. Footwear, Etc. prides itself in premium Customer satisfaction, so it's loyal customers choose to buy from them over & over again.

I like the color, comfort and warmth of these boots. There was a short break in period and now I can wear then all day comfortably. The pattern of the sole is quite shallow so I don't know how they will be in slick conditions but otherwise I think they will be nice boots for the winter.

Fast shipping, great updates on order, all the way to my door. Will be a return customer.

I thought everything was great and easy with no problems ordering my item it was delivered with problem eighter.

I live in Midwest and have been looking at these shoes all summee. I currently have a pair i bought locally in March. The store I bought them no longer has this style. I wanted another pair because they fit so well. I found them on line at Footwear who i never heard of, I called in order and had the absolute nicest customer service person who explained Footwear is a west coast company and confirmed they had my shoes and I could return them if they did not fit. The shoes are not 860s but upon removing the elastic from the tung the shoes became very comfortable

My on line ordering process went smoothly but delivery is always difficult due to Footwear not delivering to a PO Box.

I hunted high and low for this shoe and finally found it here, half a size smaller than I normally wear--but that's only 1/8 of an inch. Good PF support. Good ease for bunions. Very cute.

This is my go to shoe shop for quality and comfort. They carry a good selection of different label shoes and all are quality. Some shoe designers fit my feet better than others. I really like Naot and Vionic and can count on a good fit and comfort walking.
