Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I went on website which had many selections. I chose one which is not readily available in my area. The shoes arrived in just a few days, even earlier than I was expecting. Shoes are great, right size, right color!

They do run a half size too big, so order down.
I love this brand of shoes. I hope they come in other colors like black and white. I hope the Bondi 7s never go away and please have them bring them back in black and white.

I ordered a pair of sandals and boots. The sandals were great. I was not happy with the look of the boots so i went to the LG store to see if I liked something better. I found to styles that I was interested in trying. They were ordered and I was called when they came in. I chose one and returned the original. The whole experience was very easy and everyone was very accomodating. I would order again on line with no fear of being stuck with something I wasn't completely satisfied with.

I tried another, less expensive Footwear insert, and it just wasn't as comfortable as this one - the customer service team was super helpful in coordinating a return and refund so I could get the exact support I needed.

This my second pair of Regarde le Ciel boots. They are excellent quality, soft beautiful leather & are very comfortable the minute I put them on. I might be getting a 3rd pair!

I buy online from Footwear Etc for many of my shoes. The company is very dependable and there is never a problem in returning. The shoes they carry not all stores carry and they have a wide variety of walking shoes along with dress shoes that are comfortable and stable for walking. I highly recommend this company.
