Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. This was my first time ordering from Footwear etc. I ordered Hokas and they were the only site with inventory of my requirement. Previously I ordered from hoka. Com. However they could not fill my order. I loved footwear, etc. product selection, ease of navigating through the site, keeping me constantly updated regarding the status of my order and happily delivering it sooner than I anticipated. I also thought it was a personal touch to get a note, signed by the worker who filled my order. Fast delivery service. The tan color was perfect. It wasn't to light tan. Shoes feel very comfortable.

It is too early in the season, but I was able to use the adjustable straps to set the sandals up for my foot configuration. It does seem excessive strapping, but clearly these shoes are well designed. I have narrow feet so that may be the issue too. I love my Hoka sneakers, so after a summer's wear I will know more.
Great visuals and selection. I think it such a privilege that I live in a time where these wonderful shoe selections are available. At age 84 they make it possible for me to walk my two dogs 3 - 4 miles a day effortlessly. Hi tech is controversial for sure, but in this instance, it is a marvel. Thank you all so much for your efforts in creating wondrous shoes and sandals.
