FoodNetwork Reviews Summary

The company's reputation is increasingly tarnished by customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived declines in programming quality and a lack of engaging content. Viewers express frustration over repetitive shows, perceived arrogance from hosts, and a shift away from the original cooking-centric focus. Additionally, customers report poor customer service, citing unresponsive support regarding issues such as lost recipes. While some fans still appreciate select shows, the overall sentiment indicates a longing for a return to the network's foundational values of culinary education and inspiration, suggesting a need for significant content and service improvements.

I love the Food Network and their gorgeous website. I love trying out the different recipes.

I love chicken so I regularly visit the site if they have a new dish that involves chicken. Any food lover or cooking lover will appreciate the site and be addicted to it!

The FoodNetwork website would not accept credit information this week, precluding purchasing something as simple as a gift card. Their customer care contact yielded a phone number, and a live person who experienced the same problem but couldn't identify a fix, or an estimate of when it would be fixed. I was PROMISED a call back, which never came. The only response is to send the same customer care contact phone number that results in nothing positive. In the interim, using the same credit card, I was able to get a gift card emailed from Amazon in LESS THAN A MINUTE. Nothing could speak louder as to how little customer care really means to this organization. I added their website to my email filter so I don't have to be flooded with their ads anymore. And my business will go elsewhere. There are plenty of alternatives; you should exercise one of them and avoid ordering from this site.

I found all of my recipes I'm looking for on the foodnetwork. The best part is being able to watch the recipes actually being made on video. Much easier to follow a recipe if you can watch it first. Makes you really want to eat it too!
Very helpful site. The pictures are really nice and gives you a good idea of what the final product can look like.
Love the fact that there are so many reviews on the recipes as that is a major way I seek inspiration on tweaking the recipes!

They used to have a half-way decent website, but once again they've changed it & it totally SUCKS! It's hard to navigate, there are way to many adds, and it doesn't accept most of the internet explorer versions. On my computer, it constantly gets booted from ie. I am totally frustrated as I have spent years accumulating recipes in my recipe box and now it's almost impossible to get them out of the system. Everyone should start looking at recipes.com for their future reciptes.

Used to love Food Network more when it was really about the FOOD! I don't mind reality shows, especially ones that showcase different restaurants, BUT I am so fed up with the Next Iron Chef crap! It's completely rigged, and favors the Food Network judges from OTHER competition shows (i. E. Zakarian). It's completely incessed!

They have some interesting Recipes on here. A lot posted by home cooks. Some are good others are not so good. But all around it is a useful site for the average person.

Tyler florence is my favorite TV celebrity chef. Last night, with his easy step by step recipes at my tablet. I am able to cook up a fantastic chicken marsala for my family.
You can choose your own personal favorite celebrity chef and make a wonderful meal for family. That's why I like foodnetwork.com so much. How cool is that!
Here are a few of my other favorite chef list
Rachael (Super star chef)
Michael symon (Iron chef)
Bobby flay (Super star chef and Iron chef)
