FoodNetwork Reviews Summary

The company's reputation is increasingly tarnished by customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived declines in programming quality and a lack of engaging content. Viewers express frustration over repetitive shows, perceived arrogance from hosts, and a shift away from the original cooking-centric focus. Additionally, customers report poor customer service, citing unresponsive support regarding issues such as lost recipes. What is going on?
September 16, 2017

I was an avid Food Network viewer. As a matter of fact, I learned many cooking tips by watching. What happened? The programming is awful! I've had it with the food competitions. I tired of Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay. You've gone overboard. Also, what's the point of the Food Network Star? In recent seasons the winners are rarely heard of again. I'm sure there's a method to the poor programming choices. FYI, it's not working!

Everyone I know who used to watch Food network is so done with hours of DDD and chopped. Where is all the talent? Where are the chefs. Where is your programmer? You can't possibly think this is what Food Network should be. We are done!

I was a loyal food network fan & loved the at home cooking shows. Now it should be called the Guy Fieri Network. There's no variety; all the same shows, corney competitions & cupcakes. There's about 3-4 shows left, that I watch- I'm sure they'll cancel those soon. Someone save the network!'

I do enjoy Triple D, cook offs, grilling competitions, kids cooking, beat Bobby Flay etc.
It would be nice to have less repeats but I'm not sure how much goes into making a show, it must be a lot of work. But I seriously... am very, very tired of seeing these gross homosexuals/celebrities who acting over the top outrageous. I rather them donate to charities with out public foolishness and being praised for it. You know, that's everyone's individual choice, but you don't have to be so flamboyant, loud, and annoying... not everyone is like that, but it's obvious FN is proud of the dramatic LGBT crowd, and the MAJORITY is not...
Please stop with the Celebrity additions, big fail, and tell the LGBT community to tone it down! It's just down right obnoxious and gross... Especially, Celebrity addition and Food Truck Race. Can't stand those shows anymore. That's why survivor and amazing race is loosing interest also. Hint, Hint... keep it to yourself!

Disappointed
September 7, 2017

Hi Food Network team,
It makes me extremely sad, concerned and disgusted with the shows that are based around eating for "sport"... for example Man vs. Food.
There are so many people in the US and worldwide that are starving, and the fact that there are programs where people are challenged to eat a 20 pound burger for example is terrible.
I know that this review may not change anything but I want you all to know why I do not watch your network anymore.

Thank you for your time.

More Eddie Jackson!
September 3, 2017

I'm an avid FNW viewer. What is the point of having these "Next Stars" if you're only going to continue to show the old stars? Giada is BORING (which I'm guessing is why she shows her boobs all the time), Sunny is too loud, and I'm so tired of Guy Fieri everwhere. Why doesn't Eddie Jackson have his own COOKING show? Isn't that the whole point of the competition? It would be nice to showcase the HEALTHY side of cooking, and I thought he was going to be the one to do it. Please reavaulate your format.

I love The Kitchen... but I have to say that I am tired of watching Sunny Anderson acting like a loud, overbearing, starving glutton. I seriously wonder sometimes if she has been drinking before taping and has lost all sense of propriety. Licking her fingers while staring straight at the camera, talking with food in her mouth... its gross. She has gotten out of control. She needs to get her manners back and quiet down or go away.

Also, really burning out on Guy Fieri. Like him but don't want to watch him for hours on end.

I hate to complain, but we just can't take it anymore. My family and I watches The Food Network channel daily! But we are tired of seeing Guy fieri Diners drive-in and dives that plays for hours on Friday night's and weekends. And the Beat Bobby flay show is also getting to be annoying. We would like to see more of a variety of shows. Or just bring back cooking shows a few times a week. This channel is becoming the Guy Fieri network. What's the point of finding new food network stars?... I don't see you guys using them? I hope you consider changing the programming SOON!

Please stop airing this stupidity. First, these people may have been celebrities 20 years ago, not anymore. Also, none of them care to learn cooking or win, it's all about who can be the most outrageous. Go back to what made the foodnetwork big, teaching real people how to cook.

It used to be about food. It had such a diverse choice of cheifs and cusine! I learned so much watching. I would get so inspired. Who decided Bobby flay was so important. There are so many other chefs who were just as good or better. I personally can't stand pioneer woman,. She is so goodie goodie. That didn't used to matter cause there was so many others to choose from. I am another who rarely watches anymore. I don't want to watch competition shows! My tv went from being on food Network all day to hardly ever. Good job who ever had that brilliant idea! Probably some computer educated idiot who never cooks!

Food network sucks.
August 14, 2017

OK first of all. I just watched Sunny Anderson from The Kitchen smother a piece of corn in butter and dip it in crushed doritos chips. And yesterday I watched Trisha cook eggs in the microwave. Please can someone tell me how this is considered cooking. Also, can someone tell me why every person on food network is white? Ree Drummond, Bobby Flay, Ann Burell, Geoffrey Zakarian, ina garden, gordon ramsay, guy fiery, Hannah Hart, rachel ray, the new ugly red headed guy who eats disgustingly large portions of food (and for some reason people watch it) and my least favorite, trisha. I think that instead of most of these people who cook by using the microwave and doritos, they should be replaced by grandmothers of all different backgrounds. Grandma's are the ones who know the most about food and cook the meals we all want to try. PLEASE i'm tired of watching recipes for ice box cakes and deviled eggs. I hate them

The show "The Kitchen"
August 14, 2017

It's just terrible, none of the cohosts seem like they get along off camera and are trying too hard to be nice. There seems to be a lot of animosity in the air and they certainly don't show how to cook some of their foods.

Enough of Guy Fieri
August 13, 2017

We love Triple D but enough is enough on the Guys Grocery games and Guys Family Road trip. A little of Guy goes a long way and hour after hour of Guy F. Becomes way too much.

I have watched Food Network for years, but most of the shows now are not worth even recording. Pioneer Woman is my favorite, but seems not many new episodes now, The Kitchen is unwatchable with Sunny Andersons obnoxious loud overtalking outbursts and her constantly shoving every food item into her mouth, and her stupid lipstick and eye shadows (not too mention the ridiculous gang signs and boob shaking) Katie needs to stop acting so pure and girlish, so unwatchable, feel sorry for GZ, he looks embarrased, as he should be. TIRED of competitions shows, TIRED of Guy's DDD, GGG they are all the same! Better get some new REAL COOKING shows or no one will be watching soon. Do like Bobby Flay! Bring back Paula Deen, she is entertaining! Get some cooking /travel shows going!

Just watched a Chopped Ultimate Champions episode where this poor girl used sympathy and pity to win a cooking competition. Her desert was a complete disaster and the other guy blew her away. The reason he didn't win is because he didn't have a "plight". You want to help people in need, give money to charity. If you want anyone to take your show serious take the emotions out of your decision and bring some honesty into your "competition".

Not Rusty! Come on!
August 8, 2017

The elimination of Matthew last night was just stupid! He worked very hard! Yes, he could use a lesson in humility but he deserved an opportunity to do a pilot. Rusty can never do well on film! Matthew learned how to shine! So... he got over zealous with the number of ingredients! That was not as bad as Rusty stumbling all over his words all the time! And... shame on the Network for allowing the despicable display of Giada's poor taste! I guess she feels the need to flaunt her cleavage! Disgusting! She needs to get over herself! Not everyone wants to see her boobs!

Jamie Oliver

Just saw "Jamie at Home" on Food Network. He was balancing 3 gourds on his shoulders. I thought that was pretty impressive till I realised one of them was his head!
