You made my mum happy on her birthday by delivering the lucky bamboo that she loves so much. It is simply adorable, service was on time.

I ordered online sweets + Dryfruits for a total of Rs. 4,300. The stuff delivered was so bad and totally different from what was ordered. The sweets looked nasty and dry fruits was in a glass as against a vase as advertised. To add fuel to fire, the glass was ugly with a plastic cover and 20% only filled with the lowest quality of dry fruits. On complaint the items were taken away and replaced with box of sweets with missing contents? I will not recommend them to any one.

The product delivered was not as per advertised. Even after reporting this issue the support team had coolly mentioned that they cannot guarantee that same product shall be delivered. This shows the way they handle customer complaints. I will never ever recommend this site to anybody in near future.

I had placed my request at 00hrs and wanted it to be delivered the coming day before evening. All I had to do was raise a query for requesting to deliver it by noon. And I was fortunate that they had delivered by noon while the estimated time was 18:00-21:00 hrs

Ferns n petals... doing a good job for delivering surprises and gifts to near and dear ones. Most of their items are similar to as shown in the website. But the only cons is they do not print the card as per preview.
