I wish I could give Zero stars if I could. My order was not delivered and then they promised me a discount for my future orders which apparently they refused to give when I asked them for the promised discount. Rude and Unprofessional service from FNP. Highly Disappointed!

So, My order arrived but no one was home, They tried again on the same day, again no one was there, they tried again third time on the same day. I mean its never this good, even Amazon doesn't try 2 times delivery on the same day. This is awesome, so much satisfying experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars if I could. I received email at 4.30 pm MST that my order has been delivered but recipient never received it. Upon calling you guys, you called the recipient and informed me that they received it. But the truth is, when you called my recipient, your delivery boy just reached their door, that's why they received it. Why would you lie to your customer? If you are running behind schedule, you could be TRUTHFUL to your customer. And this is just not 1 time, I have been loyal customer with you guys but every time, you give me false updates. What do you think? Your customers are fool? I had a very bad experience, but despite of that I wanted to give you guys another chance but this time, it is heights. I am so disappointed. You are supposed to be delivery the true feelings from one end to the other but you just ruin the surprise, the feeling and the mood of the both sender and the recipient. I will NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. You people are just bunch of liars who lie to your customers. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. NEVER TRUSTING THEM AGAIN. Very bad and poor experience.
So... I ordered a gift for my fiance on Feb 7th. I specifically requested for the order to be delivered on 14 Feb. But today is 23rd Feb as I am writing this review and there is no sign of the delivery. And, guess what? In their website it says its already delivered. I have been calling them everyday, begging for the order. Every time they just say it will be delivered by tomorrow. Horribly company. No integrity. Only cares about stealing money from customers.

Be it through flowers, cakes, cards... all are of high quality, and there is a huge variety in products and price range. Timely delivery is ensured and navigating the website is easy and smooth. I've used FnP on 5 occasions including delivery of flowers and chocolates in USA, and they have lived up to my expectations always. God bless the team.
Am very happy with the services provided by Ferns N Petals as they deliver what they promise. The flowers are beautiful and Fresh. The cakes delicious. Will definitely recommend it to every one to use their services and witness their professionalism yourself.
Twice the gifts were not delivered on the promised dates. I selected the birthday dates for delivery and both times they disappointed me delivering it 2 days later. Why do they promise one day delivery or delivery promised day, when they cant deliver it I really don't understand. Its really a fake site. If not once atleast the 2nd time I expected to be prompt but both times they are disappointing and customer service horrible saying sorry that birthday is over but we will do at the earliest may be in a day or two which we cant say right now. Is that a response the customer executive gives?
