I am writing to you to wonder why the cake was NOT delivered to the address below?
I requested it to be delivered between 5pm and 10pm... not 4.30pm as the shop was closed for lunch.
Actually I was speaking to Babu at 5.30pm Dubai time and he was at the shop.
Can the cake be remade and sent today 30/04/2020 at the time I requested?
This was supposed to be a big surprise.
If not sent I do request a refund on my credit card.

Thank you for arranging a unique gift to give to your dear ones during this lockdown period. 'A guitarist playing tunes & singing for any ocassion' can be presented even if there is no lockdown. The guitarist was very polite, good, friendly & jovial.My ovetall experience is very good.The time maintained by you is relly appreciable & very patiently you answered all my questions.

Worst gifting company ever came across, it's been 3 days I have ordered something for Birthday anniversary, but still no response, I called them every day but all they talk about registering complain, I asked for refund, but they denied for it.
I have ordered cakes on FandP at least 3 times now. And all the time they have been delivered on time. And very fresh and tasty.

I ordered the wedding anniversary gift@4 pm IST with fixed time delivery order. It is reached to my wife@ 8:30 pm IST without any follow up. Sms are sent to me for showing the exact tracking status.

We ordered a birthday cake before 6 days ago from our kid's 3rd Birthday. The product we chose was very good and had various options. The Birthday cake delivery message came on exact day that it's out for delivery and it got delivered exact before 15mins of cut off time. This is incredible. Cake looks exact same what we ordered after choosing from pictures and fresh. This is very amazing service by FnP. They maintain what the promise and commit to the customers. Good value for money and hassle free delivery at home. Courier staff person was also very courteous and in uniform... I would recommend all the people to choose stuffs from FnP for all kind of functions. This was my 4th order in 2 months time. Earlier I also ordered gifts for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Every time the experience kept on better only... THANKS A LOT FNP for maintaining such a great customer service... KEEP IT UP GOOD JOB GUYS AND CONCERN TEAMS...

I have ordered one air purifier plant set for my sister in law's Anniversary. It should be delivered on 10th March and these people are calling me since 10 March and saying that bcz of some reason it will delivered to next day but last night they have called me up and said we will not delivered your gift. These people fooling me around from last 4 days and what about the customer feeling who chosen a gift for special occasion. I never expect these kind of services from FNP.
Very bad service, Dont trust them
My order Id*******, i ordered cake, 2 set of choclates, teddy bear for my dear ones bday on 09-03-2020 and pay 250 extra for midnight delivery(11 pm-11:59pm), they delivered 1 set of choclate and cake on 9 pm. and assured delivery of teddy bear before 10 am - on 10-03-2020. I contact customer care When i noticed there is only one set of choclate and teddy bear not delivered, then the ferns and petals team call the recipient for taking review and assured delivery within 12-03-2020,
Till now they didn't deliver the item ( 13-03-2020).

The exact cost for 1 set of choclate (diary milk) is 50 rs and they charge it for 159, we lmpeople only pay this amount because of giving surprise to someone.
Now its spoiled and loss of money...
