Had ordered catty cushion and chocolate for my friend. They had promised to deliver the same on 4th June. Till now the product has not been delivered and I can't contact their helpline as well
The worst experience ever. If you can't deliver to a particular city then you should remove that option from your app I guess. They just take your order and don't deliver it. And I don't think they will ever refund anything. So that's what scammers do. Be aware and never ever order anything.
Very Bad service. First they delivered very late as my fiancé day got spoiled.
Second, what I ordered eventually they did not delivered same. Even, it was prepaid, expensive bouquet did not delivered by Fnp. Very slow service, they just only cheated me since I am not leaving in India.
If something happen no one bother to call you or inform why delivery would not possible, even no one apologies you that exactly what I had order they not delivered same. I did not asked for any compensation being late but at least delivered same what I order. I spend almost 40 DOLLAR but getting back what only fake order. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT.NO ONE SHOULD USE THEIR SERVICE.

Customer Service is not reliable, always wanting to closed the ticket without accommodating my concerns.
Delivery Service put the status of the order to wrong address without contacting the recipient and eventually they told me that the item is perishable, but they're customers service doesn't care at all don't know if just people, management or organization. I just wasted my time and money cause nothing happen.

They way of selecting the product in site was easy, cake was very tasty, quality and quantity was good, it got delivered on time.
I was shocked by the delivery time that they took. It was time period of less than two hours and product was delivered. Site navigation, order tracking and interface is wonderful too.
Never trust this business firm as they indulge in malpractice in refund and what they show you the product never deliver the same.

I'd ordered a cake for a birthday on 24th may before 3 pm, it got delivered at 8pm. Yes, I'd called the consumer helpline and they were prompt on their replies but I'm very dissatisfied with the delivery and the cake. The cake has a faded black patch over it and wasn't really in a good shape.
I had ordered for a birthday cake on 23rd May 2020 on fnp website when I chose it to be delivered on 24th May 2020. But when I ordered a complaint that I did not get my product delivered the day and time it was mentioned at the time of booking the product, they had told me that it won't be delivered due to lock down.
So the same reason should have been told to me at the time of booking. So when I contacted the fnp customer care they told me that it wont be delivered and I had asked for a refund and they told that it will take 7-10 working days.
So my suggestion is that never ever order any product through fnp, very pathetic service, cheating people. I will never ever recommend anybody to use fnp.
Ferns n petals has fresh products, be it cakes and more, plants are just galore...
