Ordered on 10th June 2020 to delivery on 13th June 2020, but they didn't deliver and when I contacted customer service they saying delivery is not our responsibility as we shipped it thru courrier from Delhi.

I ordered Eggless Choco Fantasy Cake it was looking different in picture and i received different one.
It was just looking like we bought from the local shop. I had gifted it to someone and it is very embarrassing for me.
I wasted my money and time. You can see the images.
We ordered a box of Macarons and personalized gift for my niece's birthday. They allowed us to placed the order but did not deliver it, and later sent the message that they are not delivering due to COVID-19 situation! Are you kidding me? Why even did you allow us to place the order date and give the exact delivery date in the first place! That's not it- they are not even ready to refund the amount back to our Credit Card- but instead offering gift card for that amount, which I am sure I wont be ordering ever again from their site! STAY away for their scam during this COVID situation!
Service was on time. Products are fresh n safely delivered. Properly packed and decorated. And will surely order next time

I ordered a birthday cake with written message. They delivered a plain cake.
Also they didnot deliver within the time frame mentioned. When i contacted customer service they just said we are sorry and closed the ticket.
Furthermore they said, it can be delayed because its through courier. Then why did they promise two day delivery or next day delivery.
I would not recommend them and their customer service is worst.

I had placed an order on 27th May n the delivery was expected on June 1st, it's June 8th n the delivery is not yet been done, the cake sent would be ruined by now, n on enquiry they have the worst response, they made me wait for 15 mins and the hang up, on asking about the cake, they tell that we sent a fresh one but due to delay it might be spoilt. Never rely on them...
I wanted to send something for my sister's house warming as could not go due to lock down. As Ferns and petal is one the most trusted brand to go with, I went ahead with booking the gift through them. And as usual they worked Beyond my expectation and delivered the gift before time and the gifts were exactly how it was shown on their website. Really appreciate the efforts from F&P team. Great work
