I always prefer Fern N Petal for sending gifts(like teddy), flower and cake. I had to send something the next days since I forgot it was a special day and FNP saved my $#*! and delivered on time.
You guys first ruinwd my local order by not sending me choclates with the cup and then you sent yumkeenz gulabjamun instaed of haldirams in my international order.

The delivery executive doesn't even call to bother you, given that your address and landmark are clearly given at the time of placing the order. Way to keep Customers happy, Ferns and Petals!
One ordered today two combo of rakhi and chocolate for two brothers at different addresses. First order *******301) combo costed me Rs. 250, however while placing 2nd order *******401) the prices were increased to Rs. 400 (increased by Rs. 150 i. E. 60%), I could not believe this and was highly disappointed with. You cannot exaggerate prices to this extend just because there is a demand. There should be atleast some fixed MRP for the products.
I ordered cake, flowers, chocolate etc in a single order no *******. I am disgusted at the cake quality! Was so bad that it was stinking. We threw it in dustbin... flowers seemed to be picked up from someones funeral leftovers.
If this is the kind of delivery these people do then I suggest plz shut down this bloody organization and stop wasting peoples special moments
I ordered royal truffle cake which cost me 658 Rs in total, and I am extremely unhappy with the size of the cake for that amount.

The options are a lot, the process is very smooth, once ordered, then I don't have to worry at all, it reached without any hassle. I've used this app twice for sending Rakhi internationally and both times I had enjoyed the experience. Last year I was really disappointed from all sources as my Rakhi couldn't be sent to my brother internationally. This app came to my rescue. The whole experience was very much exciting. I ordered an expensive pineapple flavored semi-fondant egg-less balloon cake for my father's 60th birthday. The product delivered was of very poor quality and completely different from the pictures on website. I purchased it for Rs. 2100 and what I received was an unfinished, cheap looking and amateurish cake that depicted poor workmanship. Secondly, the cake didn't taste like pineapple at all. Being a regular customer of FnP, I'm highly disappointed with their product.

Customer support is useless. They only give standard order without any actual results. Fnp doesn't follow up on their own policies.Don't waste money here. Make a donation to poor elsewhere.
Very poor service and lack of commitment. I placed an order of a bouquet for my friend's bday a week before the scheduled delivery date and to my shock on the bday date I am told that delivery is not possible in that region. On asking to connect me to the desicion making authority, I am promised a call back which does not happen and instead I get a mail saying they could oblige me by adjusting my amount in my further orders. Extremely disgusted with the way service is being taken for granted.
