I did complaint of delivered wrong product. But doesn't reply of from his side.and my query closed without sloved problem. Both rakhi was different.
I ordered a photo cake along with a sparkle candle on 16th July and you assure me to deliver it on 21st July. But inspite of repeated call you deliver the item damaged and instead of sparkle candle you deliver 3 PC's of ordinary candle(snapshot attached for your reference).
Instead of cream they paste a printed copy of that photo on the cake. Raise the voice against this cheater and stop their cheating business.
Worst experience is delivering rakhi on time. Tracking status dates remain the same but the product is not delivered.
Tickets are getting automatically closed without even addressing the issue. Delivery is still pending for more than 48 hours now but again status remains as 21st July'20.
It's really disappointing and frustrating to see them not follow the work properly.
There is a option to select the delivery date and inspite of choosing one they deliver as per there wish earlier.

Yet another shameful and appalling act by FnP. Last minute on the day of the delivery cancelling orders, fradulence at its highest level. On the day of the delivery You cancel the order? I will never buy from fNp and also advice everyone on twitter and on my personal channel about the Phishing techniques used by Fnp. The money is still not refunded and no other option to re gift is available. So, someones day is spoiled as FnP did not inform regarding the cancellation 2 days prior so new arrangements can be made. Shameless and pathetic as expected.

I ordered 2 Rakhis and 1 box of Ferrero Rocher. In the delivery, that too more than a week late( what else can one expect from such an overrated brand, or just rather an xyz company), the recipient just received one Rakhi. Their packaging is deteriorating and so is the product quality. They are highly INEFFICIENT and ANNOYING. I earlier had casted a decent brand image, but got shattered after making few orders. They should divert the efficiency to deliverables to consumer from boasting marketing. Legit zero customer satisfaction.

All the claims of speedy delivery with quality products and after sales services is a scam. What you receive for paying for thier overly priced items is a big stab in the back.
Not only did I not receive my order, when contacting their support team on every possible option, they fail to understand your concern. Let alone delivering what you ordered, it is impossible to get them to send you an acknowledgement of your complaint.
Contacting the support team on email is even worse since they don't bother to check the order ID clearly mentioned in email and respond with irrelevant information about some other order.
Save yourself the trouble and trauma, opt for some other business. Ferns n Petals is nothing but a nightmare.

Ordering the product was absolutely hassle-free and the quality of the product ordered was very good. I had order for personalized stationery that is diary and got the name engraved as desired.
