Pathetic service. Never order from here, they never deliver on time and then give lame excuses. There is no point in delevering gift days after occasion. You will be charged same for even next day delivery. Worst service ever seen. No professionalism, no work ethics. If you cannot delivery the order on time, have the decency to refund the money back. Never going to use this again.

I received a very cheap and poor quality product. Even customising it thoroughly you get poor print dimensions on the mug and quality of the print is pathetic! The way you'll customise it doesn't matter, because they will do print it only the way they want and not according to your customisation. Definitely won't recommend this site.

I ordered always gift for bday or anniversary for my family members cake would be the best & fresh which is really appreciable. Just you people need to add options of more gifts.

Very bad experience ordering my mothers birthday cake through fnp. The product delivered is nothing as shown on site. First they denied that I made the payment, didnt do the delivery on the day (it was a birthday cake), then after lot of following up they deliver this horrible thing all messed up.
Just a bunch of money grabbers.

Unacceptable and $#*!ty service. Will never buy from the again. I have had late deliveries twice on my orders. I will never buy from them and encourage everyone to not either. If you get it on time, you are lucky. With birthday gifts though, don't try your luck and order from somewhere reliable. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE, UNRELIABLE is all I can say
