They just cheat people and deliver the world's worst service.
You never get what you order for and no proper response comes from the team. I ordered a 3 tier bamboo plant, what was delivered was a 2 tier plant. When we complained they sent us a Rs. 45 chocolate... seriously!? All we wanted was for them to replace the plant, but absolutely no respect and response from them.
Completely unprofessional. No idea how do you run such a big company with such distasteful service.
I have already told all my near and dear ones to ban their services already. I suggest the people reading this to do the same to avoid this happening to you. They dont even deserve one star
If you want to completely destroy your occasion than you should bank on them. Every person of their team is lying about your delivery. They don't realize the emotions of their customers, they are unable to timely deliver within 3 kms. Worst services. Highly not recommendable
I had an issue with an order I purchased in September 2020, I got in touch with customer care and expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of services.
This month i. E. October 2020 I took a chance on them and I was surprised at how much they've improved

Very very poor services, promised to deliver my cake between 14 to 18 hours, then rescheduled it to 19 hours and then to 22 hours... At 22.30 conveniently falsely mentioned that the attempt failed. ABSOLUTELY FALSE!

Excellent service and some orders were delivered within 3 hours. Even their delivery boys are very humble and respectful
First experience with FNP. Placed two prepaid orders on 07 Oct 20. One was to be delivered by 3:00 pm same day. No delivery/message till 9:00 pm. When I called up I was informed that the order has been cancelled at their end and they have sent an email at 2:27pm, half an hour before the deadline, about that. So in case u order with FNP, hope like hell that they dont cancel the confirmed order at the last moment after accepting money as well. Also be glued to ur email so that u come to know that the order has been cancelled. Order confirmation is given by SMS but not cancellation. Poor state of affairs.
Second order delivered on 09 oct. Thank god for that. But I couldnt use it as a gift (which was intended) because 2-3 leaves of the plant were broken.
LESSON LEARNT - STAY AWAY FROM FNP. Better to patronise ur local florist/nursery. At least u wiil be sure of what u r getting.

I ordered a plant for my friend and they delivered an unhealthy plant and i have been following up for more than a month and i have spoken to the rudest staff and recieved worst ever response! Never ever order from this place unless you sign up for a pathetic service

Delivery person gave cake to security person and didn't tell him anything. When I came to collect my cake it was full of aunts, and aunts are very small, when I call first time on there customer care one lady told me she will reorder my cake, when I called 2 nd time to check when will I received my order that person told me I saw the picture which you sent and I have not seen any problem on that cake, how can u see small aunt, really pathetic delivery and customer team
