I place and order using this FNP.com site, must say it was so easy to operate, and exarlt hour delivery, even in this covid situation they never disappointed me, ever.

It was the 25th wedding anniversary of my close relative. The pandemic and the subsequent lockdown destroyed all the plans. From outside India, we thought of ordering flowers and cakes and FNP delivered the best on time. Can't be more thankful.

Ordered a cake for same day delivery at 1456hrs. Delivery was confirmed between 1500 to 2100hrs. Delivery was not done even after 2120hrs, tried calling their customer care till 2200hrs I couldn't get through to enquire. But after 2200hrs when I checked the ordered has been cancelled. How can anyone trust a company that confirms order and backs out at last moment with no options left. What about family which was waiting for celebration worst experience.

U can clearly see the difference between what they upload and what they deliver. The taste was good but presentation really matters a lot for cakes. The cream balls were fallen off in the box and the presentation looks like local service. Not worth for rs. 600! I would suggest you to order cakes from local itself where u can actually see the cake

Besides the point of spending SGD139 for such an inexpensive and inferior quality, it's totally ruin the image of our company for sending this wreath to our business partner. Tried to solve issues with fernsnpetals by sending email to their support team and request them to do something about it, yet their reply is giving 10% discount for future orders? Do you think this resolve the issue? Do you think we will still go back to buy other products with the 10% discount code from your unreliable website?

Followed by 2nd email, we hope they can replaced the flower arrangements which we top up for another option in case they can't deliver what they shown in the picture. The most ridiculous reply ever…. They can't do much but to offer us a complimentary 10 white roses bouquet to be send to the recipient, this is totally unacceptable!

For other big florist companies, they will quickly apologies and replace with a better and bigger flower arrangement (without additional cost) just to keep their valuable customers. Wonder who will use this florist in future….

I never had to worry as long as FNP provide service. Being away from home but FNP always makes me feels close to my love ones by providing evrythng on time. So excited being a part of FNP. Keep it up
