I found FnP amongst the one of the most satisfying and reliable platform for there services. You can simply place an order and can blindy trust them and can 200%rely on then for there on time delivery, excellent and fresh products. Would like to say from last 4 years i am using the services of this platform and its such a great experience. I congratulate them for there best services and wish a great success. Qlso want to add that they are not only pioneer in tier 1 or 2 cities but would like to highlight that my experience is equally great for the services i found for rural areas. They were always on time with as usual fresh and superb product while keeping you updated with the every moment. 10/10 to tgis platform.

I often used their services, which was ok. But last time they delivered wrong item, which was totally useless. I created a ticket which was useless and then tried different numbers to contact and it took me calling so many times to Het right person to talk to. They asked me send same email many times but after. While I received email that the ticket is completed without any action. Afterwards o sent them so many emails to refund but no one replied. They never look at Feedback and never bother the reviews. They never reply to any review And never try to sort out even genuine matters. I gave 2 stars for their timely deliveries and they lost rest three for their services to respond complains.

The most important thing for a gift is time. Your team has respected that. Special thanks to the delivery guy ( I guess his name is chander). He was very humble, punctual and kind.

To be honest I was really worried about all the negative reviews for fnp. But I must say, my order was delivered on the promised date and it was amazing! It was an international order + I made a small mistake with the address but the delivery person was professional enough to call the recipient and get the adress right.

The flowers were amazing! They were exactly like it was shown on the website or even more beautiful in person! I don't want to say ignore the negativity... yes, sure people might have had bad experience, but all I want to say is think positive and give them a chance...

Great variety of choice, timely delivery, professional staff. Awesome way to gift your overseas friends. Only downside is that it's very expensive. If you select more than 2 items, sometimes they get delivered at different times.

A simple Frauds and you will be highly disappointed when you send gifts for someone that you love or you care about and it will never be delivered as planned!
They got me so in shame and full of disappointments when they fail to deliver the gifts that I spent days carefully selecting aside from how much did I spent and all what they had to do is deliver on the time & date selected but they never did & after hours of waitings for what Ty hey call 24/7 support I got a reply that my order was left on a folder no one check and is it ok to deliver first thing in the morning!
She will be gone for over 3 month outside this country from the planned delivery time and their excuses is folder and none since!
The order was placed online in their website with an agent on the phone with me at the same time and he confirm everything as planned but my order ended up in a folder that no one check!
The whole care & support with that call was about making sure that you empty your pocket at there scams business, but not making sure to do the whole point of their existence & reason why anyone will use there services.
I spent my time to tell you my whole story so I can at least save your time and emotions for something like this to happen to you.

Excellent service. I've surprised my friends, students on their birthday by sending them cakes and gifts through Ferns N Petals. It reaches before time, excellent service and never gave chance to complaint. I love it

Poor customer service, if you order a combo product only one product gets delivered and the second product will not get delivered when reported " not delivered" they come up with lame excuses like " it was raining very heavily" the goods were perishable but the order was not a perishable item.
This company will never refund so it's like buy it on your own risk, if not delivered than they won't refund and they come up with silly excuses

I ordered a flowers and guitarist combo from ferns and petals for my mother's 50th birthday which was a very special occasion. There was supposed to be a guitar performance for 15 mins. I also paid 500 rupees extra for delivery at a specific time as I wanted the guitarist to be there when my mom was cutting her cake.
They only delivered the flowers and there was no sign of guitarist. When we called them we were told guitarist couldn't come due to an emergency. Who the $#*! is supposed to inform us about it?
I'm so upset and angry. They ruined the surprise and there's nothing they can do to fix it now. It's shameful. I've asked for a full refund for ruining the occasion as well as my time and money.
I don't want the flowers. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.

We were delivered a cake with the box open and the delivery person actually had his hands in the box trying to fish out a candle. Of course he didn't even wear a mask properly. When I mentioned this to FNP and the importance of hygiene especially during this pandemic and they basically just brushed it aside. Throwing the cake out was the only option thanks their delivery service. Last time we use them.

Bad quality product and no customer support. No resolution of the complaint. Poor customer experience
