Consistently ordering with Delivery on time, products looking exactly like picture & prompt service. Love it

The order was put at 2:15 pm and was delivered same day by 8:15 pm with in between tracking status.The cake looks exactly same as it was shown on website.

Ordered cake and flowers for near and dear ones in chennai to be delivered the next day. The next day, the website still shows the order is not shipped. Call center is horrible with call drops and poor audio quality. Finally managed to talk to a customer care person, who was completely out of options and not willing to help any more. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have been their customer for last 10+ years. I incurred issues earlier too but ignored. In one case I asked them to deliver a EGGLESS-CAKE to my 100% vegetarian brother and they delivered him a EGG-CAKE. It was very embarrassing for me as I had asked my brother family not to order the cake for cutting,,, when they received they had to throw it out and order a cake very late in the evening which delayed the whole function by a few hours, I had raised the issue but no one even acknowledged it

This time I ordered a different cake and plants, they delivered a different cake and altogether different plants to my brother-in-law. When I reported the issue they asked for the photographs which I had sent immediately but to my surprise they're still shaming as if they have not received the photographs.

Customer service and delivery are pathetic. I was using Fern N Petals (FNP.com) services for so many years and Birthday Anniversary cakes, Flowers, Idols and many other gift items for years but is very disheartened now with their treatment.

We have ordered a cake to arrive after 2 days of booking it.
When we confirmed they said the delivery is 100%, upon asking if there will be a delay, they said it would be delivered 100%, we had the b'day planned for that night at 12am, and they were sure that the cake would arrive before 09:00pm that day.

We called them 100 times in a day to confirm the order and right when the time passes they said they could not deliver due to the address issue, we called them so many time on that particular day, No one mentioned about any issue and all of a sudden we had a shock that the cake was not arriving.

They say that in the website "promises are delivered", Bull$#*!!

Don't know to keep the customers happy please don't say it at least, We wont be sitting waiting for the order if you can't deliver, at least be in touch with us if you don't understand anything.

Pathetic customer service as well.

Variety of gift options available for all occasions. I purchased plants and personalized mug. Both delivered on time. I had to raise complaint for one of the damaged pot but they resolved quickly and re delivered within 24hrs. Delighted with their services.

The cake was absolutely perfect and was super moist but the flowers stole the show! My friends and I have never had any other come close to the flavor of the cake. Will order again for sure, we have found the best website for cake and flowers..

I have been always delighted with the service delivered by FnP. The service is always reliable, ensures delivery on time, provides excellent value for money, it's easy to order stuff, pay and follow up/ track as a very detailed ack is delivered instantaneously.
I have been delighted by FnP over many years now, and have never ever had a reason to complain, follow up on any delays or failures, any aberration in the item delivered from that which I ordered. Brings love and joy to the doorstep of loved ones wherever they may be even very far away!
It's a bit surprising though that while a large inventory of choices from which to order can be made for delivery at far sway places within the country, the item buying options for delivery in Switzerland are at a considerable variance from that in India. Perhaps country regulations are restrictive. It'll be good if these inventory/ items are increased / negotiated by FnP, to the extent possible for Switzerland.

I have ordered about 4 times now. I usually order cakes for my friends. Their website is quite easy to use. Payment methods are great. They deliver in most of the locations in India. Also the quality of their products is great and deliver on time.

I have ordered last minute (previous day of birthdays) cakes and they have successfully delivered every time. :D

Ferns & Petals is my go to cake/ gift shop. Haha! Cakes are hand delivered with utmost care. I can blindly recommend them to any friend.

Ferns and Petals never disappoints me. Be it in terms of product purchase and delivery services, product modification or even product cancellation. Not only they provide good range of products and fast delivery services, but even if you unfortunately need to cancel the product, it's all hassle free and fast. Needless to say that their customer service associates too are very helpful, professional and polite. Overall a 6-Star professional services. Thanks!

NO need to track or worry. First experience but good one.

I have ordered dozens of times with FNP Dubai. I am not an ordinary client. Yet, my order was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by FNP.

The driver tried to contact the delivery contact. The driver was contacted back briefly after but never picked up the phone. I made several attempts via whatsapp. When they replied, they first tried to avoid delivering on the same day, then they tried to lie about the clarity of the address. When I told them I would request a refund if not delivered, it was promised that it would be done tonight (13/09/21, until 10pm). It is already 00:35 am 14/09/21 and no delivery was made.

I called multiple times. The customer service hang up a few times. I gave up calling as it was costing me money to keep trying.

I have never seen such a case of gross misconduct with a long standing client such as me. The thousands of Dirhams I spent with FNP to then be treated like this.

NEVER AGAIN.

I had ordered "Choco Lady Designer Cake 1 Kg" and had it delivered to my cousin's house for her birthday. What was delivered was not even worth 1 star. You can search for the cake on the website, I am attaching the one that my cousin received. The cake that I had ordered had roses, pearls and a pretty face drawn. The cake that my cousin received had really small weird flowers, no pearls at all and a horrifying face.
