They are unable to cater only 1 part if an order is placed and wants to get it delivered on the same date they are unable to fulfil it.

They advertise something and then they deliver something else. If you inquire then they will not admit their mistake. There is a legal case now pending against them in Indian Court. If you have been duped by them, contact me.

I ordered a cake worth 6k for a loved one. However, it was delivered to the wrong address - a completely different state in fact - I cannot fathom how even. The customer service refused to initiate refunds despite having all the necessary proof. Over multiple days of calling they transitioned from "we will look into it", " we cannot replace a perishable item", to "it was delivered" and "we cannot act on on order if you complain after 48 hours" - (I had been calling every day so the last call was after 2 days).

Recently we hired this company for funeral services for my father. They charged us a hefty fee for providing services which involved moving the body from hospital to crematorium and performing the last rites. The company did not even provide flowers to place on the body. No priest to perform the ceremony. In other words this company completely messed up my father's funeral services. They put us in such a precarious situation but at that moment we had no choice but to go ahead with the cremation. We were so disappointed that we couldn't perform the last rites as required. How can a company do this and go so cheap without any recourse. We have tried to contact this company several times but no response. We spent $******* for the services and we feel this company is a big fraud. Please avoid this company any cost. They didn't even provide a GST receipt.

There was birthday of my family member and we made almost 6 orders from Ferns and Patel. We only received Cake on that day, rest all of the order were cancelled and we did not get our payment back, I reported and they told we have paid back but we didn't get any thing. It was really bad experience. No one form Ferns and Patel really care about it, I haven't got any single call from their team despite plenty of email I sent them. Neither I got my payment back nor I got my orders, it was huge amount as multiples orders and orders were also form different three accounts. So they gave same excuse to all of us. Be careful guys and see alternate website as there are many trustworthy websites. Fake and fraud! Least priority to customers after payment.

I ordered birthday cake by noon and got it delivered by 4 pm. Fanatastic service by FNP.
They maintain good quality and tasty cakes.

They have very poor services, and worst customer care services. Once money is paid they do not listen to their customers.
In my order, I tried to correct the addressee, but they simply did not entertain. Worst on that their dump customer care services kept repeating "delivery has been attempted".

I have ordered a cake from Fnp. Quality of the product was so good. Delivery was on time and product was same as shown in the picture. They make your day special with the kind of services they are providing. Love you fnp for making my and my loved ones day memorable. You guys deserve full rating. So happy with your services.

I had a bitter experience with ferns and petals with no cake delivered at my party inspite of having paid 5 days before the delivery date. Simply a fraud. Never buy from here

The flowers died out in 12 Hrs. It was a complete waste of money. I have never seen flowers dying so quickly. These people don't source flowers from a verified / authentic place. Don't buy.

The cake I ordered was also not the same cake they have shown on their website. Some useless and tasteless local cake was delivered by these people.

3300 Rs for a useless cake and flower is too much to charge. Refund my money you cheats...
