Hi, I have received an email from Ferns regarding an incomplete order. So I went ahead and completed the Oder on their website. To my surprise the cost varied in the email and what they actually charged. It was MUCH higher. They do cheat customers like this: so pls be vary. Their customer service denies Any wrong doing even though I have in b&w. Also, they close your complain ticket once they have replied hence taking away the chance for you to communicate. POOR SERVICE
I ordered flowers + teddy + chocolates to be delivered to bride and groom and gave wedding venue along with contact no. BUT the delivery did not reach to them, if they could not deliver to couple atleast they should have given to the person whose contact no. Was given. It seems they gave it to some random person at venue and the package was lying at some corner, after wedding our friends noticed the flowers and teddy from someone at wedding as they were leaving and took from them saying it was ours... but without chocolates. Delivery of flowers for wedding means you just cant give it to anyone, after calling to them (FNP) …they just said sorry for inconvenience... my order no was ******* and placed on 18th December. Pls resend the order to the couple at your cost.
