4) Tracking details are provided then and there. Customer needs to sit and relax after placing the order.
5) The best part is that I am the sender and my receiver mobile number(s) were not reachable. Immediately the delivery person informed the support team and the support team called the sender and asked for alternative delivery. I was more impressed with it.
Really liked the product. The plant was in very good & fresh condition. The packing was also very well done. Really like the idea of personalized message. :)

One of the worst services provided by F&P. They don't even bother whether it is reached to the customer or not. Please don't go by the reviews on the F&P website. It is all fake. I have ordered plant with ceramic pot(personalized photo in it) But photo came to out be blur and plant was dry. They have mentioned same day delivery. But believe me guys they just lying to us to get the business.
They forgot to deliver my message with the gift but that's alright.

Browsing the site and ordering were easy. Whether the delivery was for Delhi or B'lore it was always accurate and on time. I liked being updated about the processing delivery of the items. I booked Father's Day gifts for my grandfather and my father. It was supposed to be delivered today. As it was getting late in the day and I had received no news of the delivery, I called customer services; And they lied saying they they had attempted delivery yesterday (even though the delivery day is today) and no one was there at home, when the truth is that 4 people were at home the entire day. The gifts are still not delivered at 9pm. Now I have asked for a refund, and they are making up some rubbish excuse about refund! Rubbish service!
Keep up the good service and when ferns and petals service is there, i dnt have to worry about the surprise.
