: this company is deceptive. The flower delivered do not match what was purchased and they will not issue a refund. I purchased the deluxe arrangement and received an arrangement with little to no flowers for $160.00

I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral yesterday 3/10/17 and THEY NEVER ARRIVED. FlowerShopping.com didn't even know that the flowers didn't arrive until I called from the funeral home. It was extremely upsetting and embarrassing! Their excuse was that the florist that was called to make the flowers emailed them back 8 hours prior that they could not do it, but they never got their email. FlowerShopping.com accepted the order and promised delivery. The best they could do is give me a refund. At that point, it ruined what was an already devastating moment. Extremely unreliable, unprofessional and the bottom of the barrel of florists.
I placed an order from canada using the mobile version. Nowhere on this mobile version did it say charges are in US dollars. When i called customer service they agreed it didn't show that on the mobile version, but it says it on the desktop version and under the company info. OKay so im supposed to order using the desktop version on my phone? Wheres the sense in that? There should be a place where i have the legal rights as it did not state US charges until i recived my email confirmation after i already purchased the order. Oh i was also told that the flowers can be credited (not fully) if the recipient returns them! Another great idea!
Call the flower shop directly as flowershopping is just a middle man taking orders and doubling the cost. My girlfriend ordered flowers for me yesterday at 9AM and it just turned into a great big hassle. Waiting. Calling. Waiting. Calling. And I still don't have my flowers
I ordered dark red roses with smaller red roses and paid extra for an upgrade. First, the box I chose wasn't available, so they called and suggested a vase and said bc of me not getting what I wanted and ordered they would make my arrangement even better, well the flowers they sent were a few light red roses with tulips and these large horrible red Daisy looking things. When I complained they said that they felt it was the same VALUE of what I ordered! Ever since when does a tulip equal the value of a rose? Smh if I could add pictures I would. $80.00 for mixed flowers? Rip offs!
I placed an order several days in advance of my mother's 80th birthday. When I found out the flowers never arrived, I contacted Flowershopping.com by email, and after no response ny phone. I was told they would have to investigate and would get back in contact with me - and don't contact them again. As this company is a Google Trusted store, I filed a complaint with Google and was finally issued a full refund. Thanks, Google! I won't be using this company again...
I ordered the Brighten Your Day arrangement for my daughter who attends Olds College. The substituted flowers were anything but bright. The arrangement was very dull. I also ordered two balloons at extra cost and they were not delivered. I would not be posting this negative review if they had had the courtesy to reply to my customer complaint. Very poor customer service.
I ordered flowers from this company for my grandfathers funeral, they were supposed to be delivered the next day... I called at the end of that business day as the flowers were not received, the office was closed I called again the following morning and spoke with someone who told me they had a problem with the outlet they were going through and had a problem with there truck... if there was a problem and it was not going to be delivered I should have been notified so I could have had the option to go with a different company. The gentlemen told me he called the outlet and they promised to have it delivered that day between 1-4. I called the company at 4:15 as the flowers once again were not delivered. Apparently there was another problem with the truck and flowers once again were not being delivered on this day and I was not notified AGAIN! Allow me to mention once again this was for a FUNERAL. I cancelled my order immediately and went with a different company who was amazing! I received a simple apology. This is the first time I dealt with this company and most definatley will be the last. I will make sure none of my friends or family go with this business also.
I ordered "Teleflora's Divine Peace Bouquet-Premium" funeral/sympathy arrangement from Flowershopping.com for the price of $88.16 USD. + shipping costs etc. I purchased the "PREMIUM" bouquet which is the largest size available. It is described on their website as:
An elegant display of faith and divine peace, this beautiful table top arrangement will comfort the bereaved in a truly thoughtful and respectful way. An exquisite crystal cross is surrounded by a bed of lovely blossoms. It is sure to be appreciated and a fragrant mix of pure white blooms including roses, alstroemeria, stock, carnations and waxflower is accented with dusty miller and variegated pittosporum around an exclusive Crystal Cross keepsake.
The item received was:
1. Not elegant
2. No display of faith and divine pease
3. Not a beautiful TABLETOP arrangement
4. Did not offer any comfort to the bereaved
5. Absolutely not thoughtful and respectful
6. Did not contain an exquisite crystal cross
7. Arrangement was absolutely not APPRECIATED
7. NOT a fragrant mix of PURE WHITE BLOOMS
8. Did not contain an EXCLUSIVE CRYSTAL CROSS KEEPSAKE.
Absolutely everything in the arrangement description is a lie. I the item that was delivered was:
1. It included red flowers not all white
2, Looked like a cheap graveyard arrangement.
3. It had a TACKY DISGUSTING Banner l removed immediately
4. The arrangement was in a white recycled cardboard vase. Not fit for a tabletop arrangement.
5. The Crystal Cross Keepsake was not there.
I wanted to present the arrangement to the family for their use as a tabletop arrangement. I specifically bought it for the Crystal Cross as a keepsake for the family. I was totally embarrassed by what was delivered. I understand that they may substitute flowers that were not available, but I didn't expect them to change the colour scheme. What I received was akin to something that is thrown on the grave. I asked every one if what was delivered look like the item the item ordered. Everyone said NO
Ordered flowers for my dad in old age home 3 provinces away for Christmas. Paid extra for same day delivery on December 19.2 weeks later still no flowers. Called the manager & they said sorry would go out for sure that day. Still no flowers. Finally delivered the next day. The only thing they did was take the $3.99 same day fee service off my bill. I was very angry & sad for my dad.
Shopped online for a door swag for my sister for Christmas. The swag that arrived was 1/3 the size of the one advertised. Sent photos and complained. Swag was taken and returned 2 days later more or less as advertised. In the meantime emails to both the company and their agent went unanswered and the agent never did return any emails. Rec'd my m/c bill and the charges were billed in US funds. This was never stated in any of my communications with the company. I still have copies of all my receipts and they just don't mention it anywhere. Will NEVER use this company again and will do everything in my power to make sure other consumers are aware! Valentine's Day is coming and I will make sure that the word gets out a out these smarmy business practices. Will be contacting Global News in Vancouver.
Ordered a bouquet online for my anniversary. They initially confirmed the order and said my flowers were being delivered. It took them another 45 minutes to email me and cancel - Yes Cancel the order, siting they could not fill the order since they had no florists in this town in NC. That's when I realized I was not on a "local" website. I googled and found three nice florists in the area, made my choice and moved on. However - I am still waiting on the original charge to be refunded from Flowershopping.com.
They promised me same day delivery. Paid extra, then no delivery. Said they didn't have the flower but worries it would go the next morning nothing. I called at least 6 times never a call back once from Tuesday to Tuesday. I had to call again 7 days later to cancel the order. They should not 've in business. What a waste of time & energy. They said at least your getting refunded. Really?
Spent a long time picking out flowers for my mother's funeral, sent in order and did not receive an order number, no indication that my order did or did not go through, or that the site had logged me out. Called and the individual could give me no information on my order, nor could she transfer me to a line to check orders.
My personal opinion; avoid this business and don't waste your money. The products they deliver has nothing to do with the pictures on thier site and thier customer service is horrible.
Did not deliver as ordered. Paid extra for saturday delivery. Got a message saying florist had "car problems" and couldn't deliver. They wanted to deliver sometime on monday and also tack on an additional $14.00! After many calls and no call backs from the "shop" as promised, I spoke with customer service on sunday and requested to cancel my order. I was reassured that the "shop" would call me back to confirm my order was cancelled on monday. Again, no one called back as promised. So I called them AGAIN, after a long wait time, I spoke with a very rude woman who offered no apologies and was really of little help. I told her I most definitely wanted to cancel my order. I got a call back later saying, "Well your flowers were delivered, should we go pick them up so we can refund you? Awful! Worst customer service and fishy, unethical business practices. I read on-line that other unhappy people have had similar experiences. Buyer beware! Wish I had read all their lousy reviews first!
Purchased flowers on website to be delivered the next day paid the extra $5.95 to have them there before 12 and not only were they not there by 12 but they did not arrive at all. I called and they explained to me that another big job prevented them from getting the flowers there but they said they could get them there the next day. This was for my 1st anniversary and meant a lot to me to do this. For a company to just push people aside for another job is just ridiculous. Please listen to this and do not order from this site. They will just push you aside.
Worst experience, these folks are not dependable. Buy at your own risk after this review.
I had a close friends grandmother pass away. Once we found out the details on visitation and the funeral it was Saturday night, October the 8th. I immediately got on line to search for someone that could get flowers to the funeral home on Sunday as the family and I would be traveling down to visit and we wanted our flowers there. After searching I only found a few folks that would guarantee delivery on Sunday but of course they would charge you extra for the privilege. The one we selected based that guarantee was FlowerShopping.com. I placed the order and paid via PayPal so the funds would be there when they started processing the order. I picked one of there arrangements listed as a crowd favorite. It had an arrangement of white flowers with a Crystal Cross in the middle. I placed the order around 1900 on 10/8/16.
Early the next morning (around 1030) I received a phone call from FlowerShopping that stated they were out of the crystal cross I had selected but would substitute one that was white with gold trim. I was OK with that change as long as it got there by the selected delivery date of Sunday, October 9th. This call indicated to me they had the order and was in the middle of processing the order for delivery. I thought all was well. I made the two hour trip to the funeral home, arriving around 1330. The arrangement had not arrived. I stated for a few hours then started the trip back home arriving around 1830. I had someone at the funeral home send me a note to verify the arrangement still had not arrived. I placed a call at that point, and getting a hold of no one left a detailed message.
I did not attend the funeral on Monday but assumed the arrangement made it the next day. As funeral day is very hectic and emotional I did not ask anyone in the family to verify for me they saw the flowers we had sent. I had no other information or a call back from the Sunday call to verify either way. I was getting nervous at this point.
Mid morning on Tuesday, October 11th (around 1055) I received a call and subsequent message from the FlowerShopping folks letting me know my arrangement was not delivered on Sunday or on Monday, and was inquiring about what I wanted to do. Well, I wanted the flowers delivered as per our arrangement, but now that was impossible. And it is a moment I cannot get back as the visitation and the funeral were over on Monday. While seething over this development I decided to check my email which I had not done the day before (Monday) to see if they had sent me any type of notice. They had, late Monday evening at 2037 (the funeral service was over at 1000), this note claimed they could not find anyone to deliver the flowers. I guess that meant Sunday or Monday. Their office hours, had I decided to call if I had gotten the email note was 2000 my time, how convenient. I returned their Tuesday call about 30-45 minutes after they left the message and I had time to cool down a bit. Once I got through to someone they stated to me that they ran into com, puter problems and was unable to fulfill my order. I said computer problems, you called Sunday morning acting like you were working on the order, you sent me a note on Monday evening saying you had no one to deliver it, and today you have computer problems, which was it exactly? No good response, we will refund your money.
Not a good way to do business folks. Not good at all. The only way you can make these folks responsible is to not give them your money or rely on them for any services.
So be warned. If Zero or negative stars were possible, they would get them.

Horrible customer service! Deceptive practices with false advertising! The flower display I ordered for over $100 was twice the size of what my friend actually received. Like she received half the amount if flowers! When I called to get it replaced all they offered was 15% off which was less than $13.00. They would not replace or refund even after 7 calls and 6 emails. They do not care about customer satisfaction! Save your time and money and go to PRO FLOWERS! I've used them many times and won't ever use this company again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered flowers three days ahead of time for my niece's wedding day. At noon on the day of the wedding they called to say they couldn't find a local vendor to deliver for a few days. They would send them the following Monday. I went nuts! My only niece's wedding! I asked to speak to a manager. They said one would call me. I got an email from that manager two days later.
The salesperson, "Tony", was deceptive and basically lied to me on the telephone
