I needed assistance to book a specific set of flights because I am traveling with others. The online booking system would not identify the specific flights I needed as an option. Your customer assistance then would not help me because I did not have a booking number. Very frustrating. Awful customer service. Basically, you told me to figure it myself! If I had another option, I would chose it over you.

It is very deceptive that this company places the airline you are searching for in large letters above their web address. You think you are accessing the airline directly but instead have been directed to a third party booking company. Which it is very difficult to deal with any issues on your trip. The airlines claim you need to contact the booking agency. The booking agency claims you need to contact the airlines. Make sure you are ordering tickets directly from the airlines website by checking the url address.
The return flight date does not work properly. I made separate reservations and that cost more. The extra cost items are excessive, confusing and in some cases tricky. When i gave the final approval, i was told i had taken too long on both one-way trips. In the meantime, the fares went up. When I gave final approval for my return trip (after approving the higher fare because of a fare change), I was told there was a glitch and i needed to start over. I went through that twice. And worst of all, i had already bought these tickets for these same flights on Expedia, but I discovered i had not signed into my account and the only record i had was my bank statement, which only gave me the ticket number and you can't use a ticket unless you have an order number. So Key Bank has deducted those amounts from my Key credit card and will seek reimbursement. I have spent many hours on these two 50 minute flights.
The search options were great and the use and look of the website are user friendly, but the charging for every single option is absurd. For example, paying $3 to receive SMS messages AND having to except any fee's by the phone provider for notifications is an uncommon cost. Especially when a user can load their booking information into a specific airlines app and get these notifications for free. It just appears to be a bad business practice.

As I went to pay, I got a spinning wheel and was then told my rate was no longer available and linked to the same booking date and time but at a higher cost. OK, I then went to pay and my Chase card blocked the transaction as a fraudulent purchase. Way too much drama purchasing this ticket.
SAS seems to charge for every single thing, even to receive flight changes via text. They charge for seat selection, checked bag and on and on.
The site does offer enough info. It makes harder to make choices for instance seats. Too many charges done for a simple flight

I booked an Icelandair flight on your website not realizing that it was not the Icelandair website. The layout and color scheme is similar to Icelandair. I DID NOT want to book the flight with a third party. I cancelled the booking within one hour, but I still had to pay the $88 fee.booking with FlightNetwork.

I do even know if you are a legitimate company. Some how I get the feeling I am going to get screwed on the Ticket being able to get onto the Flight. I have major concerns when I go to the British Airways Terminal.
Pretty easy but also pretty sneaky how you keep finding MORE ways to charge your customers, even now charging to receive a TEXT message! Pure GREED! Pretty soon no one will want to FLY!
I would prefer to pick my first flight on my roundtrip flight then pick my return flight. I did not like having to choose both legs at one time.
This was a terrible booking experience. Every time I tried to book the price kept changing before I could complete the booking. In addition the number of nickel and dime incremental charges for what's close to a $4000 business class ticket (two of them) is absurd. I book domestic US travel regularly and I have not before experienced a booking process as poor as this one.
